I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s recently. The front counter lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed completely uninterested in helping customers, didn’t greet anyone, and rolled her eyes when asked simple questions about the menu. When I pointed out a mistake in my order, she acted annoyed instead of fixing it politely. Her attitude made the entire experience unpleasant. If this is the kind of service McDonald’s is offering now, I’d rather take my business elsewhere. Staff need proper customer service training and a reminder that respect goes both ways.

Food took a long time despite not very many people waiting. Everything came cold, old and stale tasting. Tables were all dirty and surroundings were very unclean. When I informed the staff of the very cold and stale food she just shrugged and walked away to do another task. I was not the only disappointed customer at this time and both were ignored. Not the first time I've had a terrible experience at this location. Just drive to the next McDonald's, this location is not worth the convenience.

Ordered a quarter pounder and got what I expected it would contain, no lettuce, no tomato,cold cheese. Cold cheese issue same with the big mac and the patty was over cooked.

Worst staff ever. Ordered food at approximately 8pm on Aug 18. Staff has no customer service attitude. Got food in a tray and thre the cup in the tray and no sorry nothing. Hard to explain but worst staff opposite to McDonalds values.

Poor customer service! My coffee tasted terrible and fries were so soggy- not at all fresh
Ordered some breakfast, I paid at the first window and at 2nd window they asked for payment again. I said I paid and showed them the statement and they said it didn’t Go through on their end. I asked for confirmation of it and the manager Archana just said it’s in their screen I didn’t pay. I said well why would I pay twice and she said that it will be refunded within 48 hours. I said and if it isn’t? And she said that I could get a refund. And I asked how will I get a refund for This if I have no confirmation that I didn’t pay? She just took my name on the napkin. Then today I check and it posted both payments. It wasn’t a big deal overall, but just a manager giving incorrect information with confidence to collect a double payment was a bit frustrating considering they had nothing to show me that said I didn’t pay. Went back today and she wasn’t there, thankfully another manager there I believe Mary was there to help me out, great experience with her.

The machine asked if we wanted to stay or take out. We said take out then it didn't charge us for a bag. So now we had to juggle all the stuff we purchased from Walmart while being forced to eat in the dirty restaurant where the employees are literally sweeping under my feet at the table I'm sitting at as I type this. Oh, and the fries were cold

Worst experience..not first time at this location. Whenever i had visit they show really bad attitude and give wrong order. Today i orderd just one small coffee.. for which i waited there longggg time without any acknowlegment of any staff..i was only customer there. After long wait they hand over me cold coffee instead of hot. No apology no nothing not even a smile on face. When i asked to replace it to a girl named SIMRAN showed really bad attitude. Still they didnot give me hot coffee. This place is ridiculous.
