Ordered the feature big rosti sandwich and I thought the sandwich doesn't have lettuce on it. I also asked for light sauce and the burger is drenched in sauce yay! 🙄

I understand working fast food is a fast paced and stressful job on the occasion but time and time again i ordered food and it isn’t made properly.
I ordered through uber and if i make any changes (take or add something to a burger for example) it’s always a 50/50 chance they actually do it.
ordered their new international burger and they didn’t put a hashbrown on it so it was essentially a regular burger with a different sauce.
not a huge deal but at the same time i don’t wanna spend extra money on stuff i never get. and it’s just a hassle and not worth it to get a refund on the stuff thats messed up.

I ordered through the app for table service, and I picked the McDonald’s that was
0.1km away when I was inside the McDonald’s. I picked my table number, and I waited for 10 mins, and never saw my food, I went and asked about it, they said they didn’t have the order, I opened my email, and said I ordered it, and they said it was the wrong store, it changed the order to the one like 5km away. The manager or owner whoever it was stated that it wasn’t their problem that the order went to a different store, and when I asked if they could help me out they said no, the store the order went to was a different owner, and that I would have to go talk to them about it. So me and my daughter didn’t get to eat before we went to the circus. Terrible service. Will not be going to this one again. Waiting to hear back from the McDonald’s app to try to get a refund.

Tuesday morning Dec 10. Going through the drive through. Person taking the order did not know the difference between mac griddle or mac muffin. They should really know the difference.

Terrible service. The staff even not familiar with the menus. Last time the same terrible. Wait for almost 40 minutes, the burger is cold. The muffin is totally burned.

I placed an order through the app and went in the drive through, it takes about 10 mins just to get to the speaker box, I get a voice that says please wait a moment. Not a problem. Only they never came back. I waited another 15 mins before someone came back on the speaker. The people behind me in line backed up and went to the other speaker and they took their order first, I kept asking if anyone was there and nobody answered. I kept getting blocked in over and over again. I counted 5 cars behind me that backed up and got to order before me. The woman behind me felt bad for me because she waited about 5 mins less than me, and she was frustrated as well and got to order before me. She told them I was waiting at the other speaker. 2 mins later I finally got someone and they finally got my mobile order code. I then had to wait another 10/15 mins to get to the 2nd window. They gave me my drink at 12:22, but i didnt get my full order until 12:25. They said they have only 2 people working tonight and they were sorry. The woman was kind, but I waited nearly 35/40 minutes to go through a drive thru. On top of that my burgers were put together wrong and messy. Soggy fries. I'm very disappointed. Also I had a game day burger discount that disappeared when I got to the front but since i ordered at 11:45pm and got to the till at 12:25am and had to pay full price for the messy mcchicken. I usually put up with alot but this is unacceptable. I wasted like 5/10$ in gas alone for waiting for so long.

Last few times I've been they tend to get my order wrong. Eating in I noticed too it was very messy, hard to find a clean table. There's also lots of homeless people hanging around that just make it look very dingy. Playroom can be nice for kids, but with all those bums hanging around I'd rather not chance it. Steer clear until they get their act together.

This McDonald’s was the most disgustingly dirty place I have ever been into. The woman’s washroom was absolutely disgusting., the counter was disgustingly dirty. Hubby and I just walked out.

I placed my order from the foot operated vending machine inside and asked for it to be delivered to my desk. We waited for 15 minutes and the customer service there was shouting my order number. I asked for it to my table. My table number is written on the receipt. Despite that, they did not bring my order. And it did not happen once. This is the 3rd time I have had this bad experience. If they do not want to do their job, they can say so.

Im 60 my whole life have always gone to McDonald's and have burgers and fries and we have pepper , ketchup with vinegar for the fries you take away the ridiculous paper bag policy now no vinegar for the fries the price had sky rocketed for meal lets cut corners 17.00 for one big mac and 2 lg fries no bag and this will backfire penny pinching

Modern McDonald's with an indoor playground. The self-serve fountain is not refillable. It's right across the street from West Edmonton Mall. Our fries were very stale. Overall, a below average McDonald's experience.
