Lots of vagrants in this area- not the restaurants fault, that’s just the way the area is unfortunately, but I do wish they would consider that when doing their “table service” option from ordering off the app. Sucks when you are by yourself and you get your tray brought over with no napkins and an empty cup. Then you got to pack up all your stuff and haul it to the fountain area or hope your stuff doesn’t get stolen when you go get your drink and napkins . Otherwise, good location! Food comes out good and modifications are correct.

Been here/ordered here a couple times and been the lack of quality in the items (next to no mayo on a mcchiken no extra fudge on a sundae) and crazy wait times for just a large drink (5 to 10mins) this is the worst McDonald's, if you're ordering through delivery services order from medowlark and if you're going in person go to the mall

Before I start I just want to say that I understand that night shifts are difficult (Granted I work 12 hour shifts on a rotating night and day schedule) and at the end of the day I’m complaining about the quality of a McDonald’s restaurant but the employees working between 12AM-7:30AM just do not care about their jobs. There is no reason why I should be waiting 15 minutes for a McDouble meal when I’m the only one in line at 1:00AM in the morning. After waiting 15 minutes the fries come out stale and barely warm with the McDouble being lukewarm and the buns are almost as stale as the fries. On top of that when taking orders the employees are having full on conversations using their AirPods.
This has consistently been my experience with this location and these poorly trained employees since May.
Hands down the WORST McDonald’s location on the Westside of Edmonton.

Paid 25c for a bag for take out, didnt get a bag. Came through on my night shift at 4 in the morning to get a coffee, theyre not ready to take orders (thats not 24hrs) homeless all around the store. Fruit flies all inside the store. Price goes up but quality has gone to shit

Like the environment, it's open and bright. Lots of seats. Kids play area is separate from the main dinning area so it's pretty quiet when we visited. Very enjoyable.

i used to think it was a nice place, but now im not sure. the service is still good, but ive noticed things like crumbs on the tables, garbage everywhere on the tables, sometimes they block the doorways to the bathrooms, needs to be cleaned up a bit. i even have seen flies wandering around. needs improvement.
