The washroom is not allowed to be used, and the hand sanitizer is empty. How are the guest supposed to wash their hands?! The staff had a very bad attitude and left us to figure it out on our own!

very upset with my visit to this McDonald's outside wem.. as a pregnant lady. I just wanted to use the restroom urgently, but they told me it was off limits without explaining why. Even when I asked for a family restroom, they just ignored me. Tried asking again, the male asian manager (I think he was the manager) came out and was super rude. He talked down to me like I couldn't understand English, kept raising his voice and repeating himself. I'm Asian too, but the way he talked was just degrading. Ended up leaving without my food because of how humiliated I felt. Just needed the washroom, keep note I also bought food before even asking for the washroom key, but got treated like I was a nuisance. Really disappointed. Worst experience...

My experiences with this McDonald’s is one of the worst. Food is stale which means that it has been sitting there and they have not followed procedure where they have to throw old cooked food and in with the new. Customer service is just poor . I even tried applying for this job because of financial troubles and I have worked for McDonald’s before and I can say that the store manager is by far one of the most ill mannered person. He decides to book me for an interview for a Friday 2pm and there was a girl who was already there ready to be interviewed. He walks right past me without saying a word and makes me wait over an hour as I came early. I had my feet propped up on one of the chairs to get a reaction out of him and only then he spoke to me saying passive aggressively can you please keep your feet of the chair. He then starts acting busy when the store is literally dead not busy at all and comes over to tell me we have a busy schedule and we will call you back to reschedule an interview. Made me look stupid in front of everyone. Stay away from this branch it is owned by a franchise if you want good food!

I was just in the drive thru today, I ordered many items. When I arrived the last window for payment, I verified my orders to make sure they got it. I got the bag and when I arrived home few items was missing. So disappointing. I even doubled check before paying but still I got incomplete order. Did not get what I paid for. Also tried to call the store 3 times but no answer. Also order a drink but given no straws! Such a very bad service! You're definitely added to our no go list.

As far as McDonald's goes this was a pretty decent one. Very quick! I've been to the one in St Albert lots because of the play area, and I'll submit my order and my kid can sometimes play for upwards of 10 mins before my order gets called. Here I barely sat down and they had called my order up! I was impressed since it doesn't feel like fast food anymore is very fast. The fries were very dry and overdone. They tasted like they had been cooked hours ago and left out on the counter. I've never experienced this at a McDonald's before.
Had to pay .15 for a bag, apparently Alberta has a bag tax...lol.

This happened awhile ago, I am very disappointed of my food because I don’t taste anything but burnt.. I feel like someone did it on purpose because not just one are burnt but all of them. I wanted to get my refund because I’m not satisfied. It feels like the money I just spent goes to trash right away. And it’s really a waste of time ordering from this store, now I have to go to work starving???♀️

We went to the drive thru yesterday (2/19/24) at around 10-11 am and asked for spoon and fork but we needed a purchase so we got a cookie. When we got to the presenting window they gave us spoon and knife, so then when we asked the indian manager for a fork she gave a rude impression and proceeded to give the fork to us while holding the HEAD of the fork with her bare hands which is going to touch our food?? Very Nasty coming from a manager.
