Went through drive through, they asked if i wanted a bag. I said yes. I know I have to pay and that's OK.. however they went to give my food without a bag. I said where is my bag, the girl said she didn't charge me so I had to pay for a bag.. at this point I refuse to pay. Your team didn't do their due diligence press the button to charge me.. the cashier was extremely rude. I won't return.

This McDonalds location has been slipping this past year. It’s getting to the point where I can no longer trust the food.
Always check your food AND drink before leaving this restaurant.... my order was missing a chicken nugget this time... a whole burger patty the last time and the time before that? I had to make them re-pour my drink 2x bc it was water.... very very very very disappointed in this location... I will NOT EVER be using it in the future from now on. Trust me... you're better off using a different location for your kids and yourselves... you will never get what you fully paid for at this mcdonald's... will use the other one from now on.... 😅😅😅😅😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

alwayse an adventure, last time i was here they had to call ems because someone was passed out in the toilet stall, here now and someones shooting needle drugs up in the bathroom. dont even think of letting ur kids in the play area or go to the washroom alone. please hire security. good poutine tho.
