Absolutely appalling service and cold food! I ordered pancakes through the drive-thru only to discover when I got home that they had forgotten the butter and maple syrup. Seriously, how do you forget the essential items for pancakes? ​I drove all the way back, and the reception I received was completely unwelcoming. When I politely explained the situation and mentioned that the original pancakes were now cold and would be absolutely chilled by the time I got home (it's snowing outside!), they didn't listen to my concerns. ​Instead of an apology or understanding, they just wanted to hand me the missing butter and syrup. They then argued with me for a ridiculous amount of time about getting a fresh order. Eventually, they very rudely made a new batch. ​This store clearly does not accept its mistakes and the staff communicate in an incredibly rude manner. This is completely unacceptable customer service. Do not recommend this McDonald's location. Save yourself the headache and the cold pancakes.

Probably the wrong staff we dealt with on our issue regarding the wrong food given and the price difference. They have to use calculator to figure out the difference between two burger combos but no matter how my accountant wife explained to them, they still can't figure it out. So we just settled for one free apple pie instead. Never come here again.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s in Edmonton. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, and they never get the order right. Multiple times I’ve been charged for items that I never received. It’s frustrating to pay for something and then not get it, especially when the staff show zero care or respect when you point it out. Customer service here is terrible and it feels like they just don’t care about their customers at all. I would not recommend coming here. Baljeet and parmeet are the ones who took my order and when I asked them about the missing stuff they didn’t care about it.
I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s (4202 66 St, Edmonton). The staff member named Manleen was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spoke in Punjabi about me, assuming I wouldn’t understand, which was very disrespectful. She served my food without a bag and then charged me for one. On top of that, her hair was left open while working in the kitchen, which is unhygienic. When I politely asked her to wear a hairnet, she told me that if I had a problem, I shouldn’t come there.
It’s no surprise this location isn’t very busy if customers are treated this way. Telling customers not to return and charging them unfairly is unacceptable. If this continues, it will drive more people away. I strongly suggest that the management/owner take action to ensure better service and professionalism from their staff.

This is the worst McDonald's in town. We went there around 4pm. Two Indian male staff at the restaurant act like they don't want to be there at all. No emotion on their face, walking like a zombie.
