Fries were missing salt. Chicken nuggets were cold. Missing sauces for nuggets. Smashed burger. No straws and traveling with kids. Horrible eating experience....... I just wanted a Big Mac.

Probably the wrong staff we dealt with on our issue regarding the wrong food given and the price difference. They have to use calculator to figure out the difference between two burger combos but no matter how my accountant wife explained to them, they still can't figure it out. So we just settled for one free apple pie instead. Never come here again.

It’s McDonald’s, it’s just as you would expect it to be. They have a good indoor playground for the kiddos.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s in Edmonton. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, and they never get the order right. Multiple times I’ve been charged for items that I never received. It’s frustrating to pay for something and then not get it, especially when the staff show zero care or respect when you point it out. Customer service here is terrible and it feels like they just don’t care about their customers at all. I would not recommend coming here. Baljeet and parmeet are the ones who took my order and when I asked them about the missing stuff they didn’t care about it.

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s (4202 66 St, Edmonton). The staff member named Manleen was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spoke in Punjabi about me, assuming I wouldn’t understand, which was very disrespectful. She served my food without a bag and then charged me for one. On top of that, her hair was left open while working in the kitchen, which is unhygienic. When I politely asked her to wear a hairnet, she told me that if I had a problem, I shouldn’t come there.

It’s no surprise this location isn’t very busy if customers are treated this way. Telling customers not to return and charging them unfairly is unacceptable. If this continues, it will drive more people away. I strongly suggest that the management/owner take action to ensure better service and professionalism from their staff.

absolutely disgusting and they never use the gloves when they're preparing the food, and the washroom tissue is everywhere no one's cleaning up!!! and they are not friendly at all!!!

They seem to have a hard time keeping the kiosks stocked with receipt paper. Every one is out as usual.

This is the worst McDonald's in town. We went there around 4pm. Two Indian male staff at the restaurant act like they don't want to be there at all. No emotion on their face, walking like a zombie.

I usually don’t leave reviews, ordered from uber eats around 7:50 pm 07/08. and found a hair in quarter pounder. Not sure if a new franchise owner took over this place, but after looking at the recent reviews, they clearly stop caring about quality. Clearly someone on that shift wasn’t wearing a hairnet, wasn’t my hair as it was buried under the cheese.

They can’t even figure out how to stir a coffee, how can they be cooking meat properly. I’ve ordered a 15 piece nuggets and gotten a kids 4 piece with small fry and I’m constantly reminding them of the actual price of the coffee as they keep trying to charge me more. If you can’t stir a coffee, get the right order to the right person or know your own prices, how are we suppose to trust your doing the important parts like cooking things correctly?
