There are good McDonald’s and bad McDonald’s. I just ate a double cheeseburger that made my stomach sick and I threw half of it out. I feel bad for the franchise owner that has these workers who give zero care.

Miserable unhappy manager, zero smile or friendliness! Fries were ice cold and the restaurant was completely empty! The floors are filthy with food on ground! Wont be returning here!

My girls and I stop here a lot because it’s most likely on our route. When I have to stop in to use the restroom it’s always clean. The last time we went there I got my girls a free 10 piece nuggets from my points. Do others seem like McDonalds’s is cheap when you get anything for free? Anyways, we leave and half way home we notice the nuggets look so dried out and tasted very gross so, they just ate the fries we paid on the side with a drink. Call them, supervisor takes my name and number…so we go back there less than a week, to get free nuggets and I asked for sauce and the supervisor says, “What you don’t have the sauce from your last order?” I said, “Excuse me?” She walks away and I’m standing there trying to tell them we wanted to add to our order. Their fries were barely reaching the top of the container, needless to say she wasn’t acting like a good supervisor today!

I ordered my food and drove to the first window, but I forgot to add extra pickles and slivered onions to my cheeseburger (my fault). So I ask the employee at the window if she can add that, just for her to complain and say "Oh my gosh, why didn't you say that before because the food is already being made" with an attitude.
Yes, I understand that I should've ordered it before, but people forget. You shouldn't be that quick to shame people, especially in such an unprofessional way.
You should be retraining your employees so that they know how to keep their emotions in check.

Went to this location around 10pm last night through the drive thru it was really busy about 6 people ahead of me. From past experiences at this location via drive thru service can be slow. I always have to wait over 10 minutes at the window for food. Even when I’m the first person in line last night was over a 30 minute wait from arriving at McDonald’s to getting my food. I had used my points to get a free meal and when I got the food thankfully fries were actually hot but the habanero mcchicken was terrible. The chicken patty tastes as if it has been sitting for over 5 hours and was cold and a little bit more firmer than usual. I don’t usually have high expectations of the food as it is fast food. This time was unacceptable and hard to eat the sandwich I had to throw it away because of how firm it was. It was not worth the 14,000 points I spent on it what a waste of time and my points.
This location is the closest for me but just travel to another location it will be better than this location. Because it is at night I can understand it being a bit slower to being understaffed but food should be at least a lot better. The drive thru workers always seem like they don’t want to be there and have no urgency to get the orders completed in a timely fashion.
Also why is there first window never open? I have gone during the day and night and there first window is never open and paying is always at the second window. That could drastically increase the efficiency and speed of fast food if that first window is open especially during high peak hours.

Went to get pancakes but they didn't have any. Shipping problem? Not sure why they didn't have any it was breakfast time. Service was slow.

A noticeable improvement has happened over the last handful of months. The few times my daughter and I have come in to share French fries- the dining room has been consistently cleaner than pre-summer visits. The ladies working are always friendly and they make sure this mama has a well stirred and fresh coffee.
But what makes the 5 star difference is my experience with ordering two drinks on Uber yesterday. There was ice in a drink that was specified to have no ice. After a quick phone call to the restaurant (I also gave praise for sending a phenomenal coffee - seriously - thank you for STIRRING!!), the manager quickly and pleasantly informed me I could stop by for a LARGE replacement drink. Unfortunately I wasn't able to make it there yesterday, no big deal... I ordered the same order this morning - low and behold - my drink is a large, not the small that I had paid for, and there's no ice! Another phone call was made to thank the team for the outstanding customer service and the same lady simply said "I saw you didn't come yesterday"
Outstanding. A small gesture like that is huge to someone who has 20+ years with customer service, let alone with about 8 of those from McDonalds when I was much younger.
Keep it up, you guys!

Normally I have no issues, but I ordered from this mcdonalds off skip late tonight and waited 20+ minutes just to have my order canceled because "the restaurant is closed". No hate on skip but this mcdonalds shouldn't have accepted the order in the first place if it couldn't be completed for whatever reason.
The food was awesome the surface was pretty slow I'm going to be honest I don't know what atmosphere means

Worst Mc Donald’s in south Edmonton. Food always cold and fry’s are soggy everytime at this location. Do yourself a favour and drive to the one next to town centre.
