Check your double burgers ... The cook literally puts so much lettuce and onion you could hardly almost tell he made me a single double BLT quarter pounder not once... But the manager got it remade today and twice it was . This happens every single time I go to this McDonald's , fast pace and polite but definetly sad that this happened the last 2 times I went there and I don't want to nag . I got my burger replaced .so technically I got a double in two seperate single burgers .... I was afraid to comment cause it is someone's job. But be sure to check and we will see what the cook is actually doing...

Ordered a junior chicken meal and big mac no meat. Order came out in 2 minutes, no napkins. Went to ask for napkins and the girl looked at me like I did something wrong.Took one bite of the junior chicken and itâs undercooked. I go back to the counter and tell her itâs uncooked she just says âyeah Iâll make it againâ and throws it out. No apology, once again looked at me like I did something wrong. Terrible mcds, wish I could give them 0 stars. Do not go here.

The worst McDonalds ever. Please shut this location down. Disgusting as hell. First you have to ask for napkins and other basic items that you should be getting. Staff is lazy looks like they hate their life working there. And i ordered a jr chicken. You expect it to be cooked? Nope that shit was pink. I was lucky to notice after I had a bite. I ended up getting my refund. But do better or hire proper staff that know how to cook chicken. If I could give 0 stars I would.

You have to ask for: lids, straws, napkins, ketchup and even ice! No refills are allowed. It very poor and unkept located on the north side of Edmonton. Bad look and representation for McDonalds. I witnessed people having to complain to get ice! Many complained about this site being unprepared and disorganized during our visit. Tables dirty, and workers are busy yet making themselves more busy by having everything behind the counter. Will not be back and thatâs probably a good thing because McDonaldâs isnât exactly healthy and this one reminded me of that.

Horrible management. Asked for a glass of water to take my medication and was told no I had to pay and did not have my debit card. I have never had to pay for water before and instead of being nice about she turned around and started laughing with an employee. Very professional

I've been coming to this McDonald's since I moved to Clareview in 21. I've never felt the way I do this morning. I ordered fries and a deluxe bacon mccrispy sandwich and I specifically said light mayo on the instructions. I come home & open it up to see a blob of it on one side of the sandwich. Should of taken some pics but that was my fault. I dunno what's going on with this McDonald's but it's going to crap. I'm not going to this location anymore. This isn't the first time either that I've said light on the mayo and have it covered in it. When you specifically instruct light on condiments or anything you should be doing exactly what it says not the opposite.

I waited until I had 3 bad experiences with them to write a review. It took them 15 minutes to make a medium coffee- actually they didnât make it until I asked them when my coffee would be ready. One of the staff was rude. I also saw her used bare hand to pick an ice cube and put in a cup for a customer.

Ok so i am writing this review after multiple instances with just employee⌠first of all she never wears a name tag as others do and may be she is a team leader or whatever.. 1st incident- she gave a a burger with oil dripping from a chicken patty all over , when i went back to her with the concern she said it is made in oil so it is obvious that oil will drip and when i explained i always have it and this never happened before, she made a weird face and snatched burger from my hand , threw it and went back to work without saying anything to me⌠as i was standing there she came back with new burger and handed it over.. 2nd incident- whenever we go there around 9âo clock she behaves like why would you come near closing time as she dont want to make any new food .. her staff has to ask whatever customer want to order if it is okay to make it or not .. and then they would make us wait 10-15 minutes just for a junior chicken burger 3rd incident happened just 10 minutes before i am writing this comment : ordered a McChicken and she without letting me know that they are out of patty for this burger or it will take some time whatsoever .. again handed me over a McChicken burger with juniorchicken burger patty.. Many more incidents to tell as this is really our go to place when we go for grocery shopping .. Dont know her name as i mentioned she never wears a name tag for some reason.. but she is mid height indian girl .. i dont know how this place can make these many mistakes for just one customer forget about others
