So imagine going to McDonalds after a 12 hour shift, wife feels like crap and daughter needs to eat. You’ve havnt eaten out in a while so let’s make it an easy night.
Order my food, ask for 2 bags as I know I will need it with 3 meals, and do it preemptively so employees don’t feel like they can’t because I don’t pay for it, also need to carry work boots and the lunch bag up 4 floors.
Well (see attached) I paid for 2 bags, and they managed to stuff 3 meals into a single bag! I guess the reason they didn’t give me one of the fries I paid for is because it didn’t fit in the single bag. So didn’t get effectively 2 items I paid for. Bag was falling apart bringing it up 4 floors.
Oh then we open the already torn apart bag to find one of the patties was thrown together with so much haste is folded like a piece of paper under the bun.
Lord have mercy, your money is better spent on ramen at Safeway.

Coffee was awful. Warm water and milk. Definitely rebrewed grounds. Food was cold. It should've been thrown out.

Not to be racist or anything but only Philippine Pple work there..I ordered something n they were not so nice and turned to each other and talked in their language while laughing. i felt so nervous and dismissed, canceled the whole order n drove to another location. They workers seem soo into themselves…The place needs alittle more diversity to make every customer comfortable. It looks like a family business ngl
