I placed an order for 3 happy meals, got to the pay point, swiped my card, and proceeded to the pick-up point. When I got my meals, I realized it was not what I ordered. The supervisor on duty came by and told me I had paid for something different because I was on the phone talking. I asked her to apologize for making such rude statements. She insisted that I was not paying attention, hence the wrong payment. Customer service and language usage were short of respect. I demanded a refund and left.

They gave me another customers order the receipt and dockets were right just the food in the McDonald’s bags were wrong. When I tried to exchange it they tried to argue with me, even even though the receipt was different to the food that was in the bag. Second time around they got my order wrong and then she got very aggressive with me I’ve which point I had to tell her that I had enough of her BS. This is what I paid for and this is what I am getting. I have never had to do that in a McDonald’s before , I am absolutely disgusted with these people
I ordered food last night with Uber from this McDonald’s and I was delivered cold food and I took a bite out of my quarter pounder with cheese and I broke 3/4 of my muller and it could’ve been either part of the meat was frozen or there was something in the meat that cause my (Molar!) to break.

Ordered online, sat for 20 min in my designated spot, had to walk in to see where my order was, but before I could do that I stood in an empty restaurant and had to wait a few minutes till somone acknowledged me, order wasn’t made obviously, then had to tell me they where out of the smoothie I ordered, didn’t expect much maybe a free upsize of the smoothie I was getting which I didn’t want or even fries but nope, I understand mistakes happen but at least fix/get my order asap for me instead of making me wait longer in the front of the cashiers till, and to not even acknowledge me the only person standing in front of it right away when the staff could clearly tell I wasn’t happy, plus the drive through wasn’t even busy either
