The guy on the intercom in the drive thru was very dry and stale to the point where you can barely understand him nor hear him. then he gave me the wrong drink on my order. The rest of the staff was excellent.

Today, August 28/25 I ordered a McMuffin and one half of the bun was burnt black. The “strawberry pie” that came with a kids meal was also burnt at one end. A worker came to the table and asked how the food was. I told her that my McMuffin was burnt and she said “that’s too bad” and didn’t offer me another one and walked away. Shortly afterwards, another worker came to the table and asked how the food was. I showed her the strawberry pie and she brought another one. Opened it while she was there and it was also burnt. She said that the oven has to heat it to a certain temperature. Then she walked away. The children’s play area was crazy with kids at least 5 or 6 years old yelling and playing rough. The sign in the playroom reads that it’s for children 3 years and younger. No one monitors the playroom. It was my first visit after the renovations and I will not go back.

Love getting lunch at this McDonalds, it's always a mystery as to what our food will be vs what was ordered! And because it's lunch in a rush we don't have time to go back and get the order correct. Todays surprise was instead of McChicken my wife get a Spicy Chicken with a top bun and Big Mac middle bun for the bottom. She still ate it because she needs to eat and this was our poor life choice I guess.

Food was the same as any other McDonald's. Service was terrible actually more like non existent. No one at the counter, I used the automated machine anyway, but the older gentleman after me had to wait what seemed like at least 5 minutes then he had to holler for help to be served. When I sat down with my kids I asked them why they didn't sit at a cleaner table, they said this was the cleanest one and after looking at the other options I had to agree. 1 table had someone's fingernail on it. No one at the counter to ask for help but I did see a disinfectant spray on the counter so I took it and washed the table. Don't understand why a resteraunt would be so filthy with no customers.
What is wrong with this McDonald’s you go there at 1 AM to get a milkshake and they said their system is rebooting meanwhile five cars drive-through without getting to order anything that’s not good service

Pauline is the sweetest person working here. Everytime I come through the drive through she has a smile on her face and is just so charismatic and kind. She definitely deserves a raise. She’s the reason I come back to this location.
