I’ve ordered here from the McDonald’s app and I’m satisfied every order is accurate and fresh! I also stop by once in a while to dine at the Belmont location and they did not disappoint as I love the service and the staff in a fancy uniform to provide everything I need for my experience!!! The McDonald’s experience is better here compared to the other locations.

Ordered a mcdouble with no onion and extra pickles, got it with a giant hair wrapped into it. Went inside and had to speak with a manager just to get a refund. As a replacement I received a mcdouble with Xtra onions and no pickles. Had to go back in for a third time for them to again re make it. Zero quality control.

I've been going to this location on and off for a few years. It used to be one of my favourite locations and would consistently have the best fries around. Lately, however (since they re-opened from renovations) every time I go the food tastes undercooked and WAY too oily. The last 2 time I went my burger had a stream of oil pouring from it.
The location is clean and has a large table (for groups or parties) as well as a play area.

I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s today. The employee at the drive-thru seriously needs more training in customer service. I ordered poutine and he handed it to me with a spoon. I told him I didn’t need a spoon, and instead of simply fixing it, he instantly replied, “I didn’t give it to you,” like I was making it up.

That kind of attitude is completely unnecessary and honestly disrespectful. When a customer asks for something to be corrected, the last thing they need is someone denying it and acting like it’s a problem to fix. Tyler eventually grabbed a fork, but he did it with attitude and zero professionalism.

If you’re working drive-thru, showing basic courtesy is part of the job. Management really needs to teach staff how to speak to customers respectfully, because this experience was not okay.

I went today to order some quick sandwiches for my lunch at work later. I got to work, put the bag in the fridge, now it’s lunchtime and I go to warm them up, no chicken in my sweet chili chicken sandwiches, lol, what the… Come on guys, I asked for no lettuce, not no meat.

Im absolutely disgusted with this location. They purposely ruined my order. Gave me everything opposite as to what I ordered. Mc Chicken extra lettuce, I got no lettuce and added cheese, 60% of my order was not in the bag and it looked like they did something to my food. The chicken patty was not a mc chicken patty. This place is nasty

i’ve been getting food here almost my whole life. between the constant screwing up simple orders and forgetting items, waiting to get served for 13 minutes, getting overcharged after waiting the 13 minutes and then waiting 17 more minutes for a small hot chocolate and large fries (only after i spoke up) really is the cherry on top of this place. i get working in fast food, i understand that it gets busy, but don’t call yourself a restaurant when i watched your cashier do nothing for at least 5 of those minutes i waited, serve six other customers after me, look at me twice, then claim to have forgotten. just because you’re a large franchise, doesn’t mean you get a free pass on screwing up.

I believe there was a slight issue with the poutine order. I inadvertently added four extra cheese tabs and attempted to reduce it to two, but unfortunately, I didn't realize the change wasn't registered. The dish arrived cold, with a smaller portion of potatoes and a generous amount of sauce. The staff mentioned it was due to the extra cheese, but I was unaware of the initial error.

Fortunately, the manager on duty was incredibly kind and patiently explained the situation, offering to rectify the issue. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating.

The guy on the intercom in the drive thru was very dry and stale to the point where you can barely understand him nor hear him.
then he gave me the wrong drink on my order. The rest of the staff was excellent.

Today, August 28/25 I ordered a McMuffin and one half of the bun was burnt black. The “strawberry pie” that came with a kids meal was also burnt at one end. A worker came to the table and asked how the food was. I told her that my McMuffin was burnt and she said “that’s too bad” and didn’t offer me another one and walked away. Shortly afterwards, another worker came to the table and asked how the food was. I showed her the strawberry pie and she brought another one. Opened it while she was there and it was also burnt. She said that the oven has to heat it to a certain temperature. Then she walked away. The children’s play area was crazy with kids at least 5 or 6 years old yelling and playing rough. The sign in the playroom reads that it’s for children 3 years and younger. No one monitors the playroom. It was my first visit after the renovations and I will not go back.
