So my kids where at the play play and it was just me and my kids and the place is so cold the AC was on I told them to turn it off and they were like we did but it was still on then they said they gonna call the manager and the manager never came and I couldn’t take my kids because they are autistic and they don’t know let’s go my legs were hurting literally how cold this place was and at the end they were like we can’t do anything about it

Insane wait at the drive thru, Waited well over 15 mins for two ice coffees, The ice was all melted by the time i got through the drive thru window. Worst drive thru experience ive ever had at any fast food in my entire life. Manager came out to explain that the systems crashed. Sucks for me cause I was trapped in the drive thru and missed my appointment. Absolutely brutal everyone should have had free orders who got stuck in the drivethru. 20 min wait for 2 melted ice coffees. Thanks… oh wait the coffees has about 2 cubes in them each. So I’ll give them that..

Lots of big Mix-Ups my daughter wanted pink Fruitopia they gave her orange my son wanted root beer they gave him Coke and my other son ordered an English muffin and they totally forgot about it. cheeseburgers with ask for an extra Patty and did not get it.

Dirty ketchup dispenser also it was empty. Took myself to walk behind the counter towards the kitchen and asked if anyone works here !
We visited this location on Victoria trail for lunch today. All staff were very friendly helpful. Kamal was very friendly and helpful person to deal with. They accommodate 25 peoples. Staff and Kamal brought the food to our table. Staff came to check on us many times if we needed anything. It was an awesome experience everyone enjoyed. Play and eating area over-all was very clean. I have observed someone was cleaning the windows and doors also mopping floors too. I would recommend this location ?. Thanks to all staff who took care of us.

I just wanted to comment that serene was very professional good speedy and courteous she handled the drive-thru like a pro. I hope the management actually reads these reviews and that she gets the praise she deserves. I was quite impressed with their systems not working well how well she did

Have been to this McDonalds Drive thru twice in lastc2 weeks. First order was McChicken meal and I got a Spicy Jr Chicken meal. Second visit ordered a cheese burger happy meal. Got a McNugget happy meal instead. Working at McDonalds is not rocket science but English needs to be your first language and if that is not the issue then perhaps they need hearing aides at this young age because they clearly CAN'T understand and process even the simplest of orders. Drive 2 minutes down the road to the next M Donald's.

Sadly this McDonald’s drops the ball on service 8 out of our last 8 orders forgot burgers forgot drinks sadly tonight is the last time I ever order or go to this McDonald’s.
