For this McDonald’s it’s very poor management. They’re forgetting stuff on your order. When they’re not even that busy They do not provide a table service like they say they do. The bathrooms are disgusting this will be the last time I ever eat here. I hope the establishment can do better in the future

Well, I will say that this location has made McDonald's the dead last place to grab something quick to eat. Stopped in for a large fries for my wife and myself and it was by far the worse Mickey D's fries I have ever had. It will be the last fries that ill ever have from McDonald's ever again. Not only do they want to charge you for a bag to thrown in the garbage, now I can throw the fries in the garbage along with the bag they charge you for. Maybe it was just an off day for fries but all I can say is, McDonald's will never sell us fries ever again. We know you get most of your staff cheaper, but it really shows with the quality of service and food. Thank you for convincing me never eat your fries again. Honestly, thank you for that.

Went to mcdonalds for an XL green tea, and I had to ask for a second tea bag (2 total for an XL), and the worker put COFFEE instead of WATER in the tea !! So, 2 mistakes for 1 XL green tea. Dont order tea unless you plan on drinking coffee mixed with tea. Always always check your items before leaving. I'm super disappointed in this mcdonalds. Mistakes on top of mistakes. Go elsewhere if you can. It'll be worth the detour.

Went here to buy the kids meal toy only for my little cousin who is collecting the toys but they said i cant buy just toy. I literally just went to 5 different locations in edmonton and st.albert and was able to get just the toy. Bad service very rude drive thru order taker. They should learn proper etiquette and food service manners.
Ordered 2 coffees. Large double double and medium black. First got a large black. Then got a medium black and a large black. How hard is it to make 2 coffees correctly. There was nobody else in the drive thru. Let’s try a little harder.
