And Indian in a with Beard net, asks: “Do you want the egg? do you want the cheese, do you want the meat?” Then I got it with no sausage when I said obviously. Your sandwich has a picture of it on the menu why would I not want the things that make it? Lmao

Ordered at the kiosk and then was told there was no pies and I would have to wait for them to make it. Pretty sure it’s not freshly made. Waited over 10mins for the pies. My number was cleared off the screen so they can cheat their service delivery times. Long line up and everyone just waiting on food.

Manager on duty struggles with managing customer service situations effectively. Paid almost $50 for our meal. Requested for extra napkin she yelled and argue that only 3 napkins allowed per customer! What a joke! Very disappointing!

They have horrible service they dont even use plastic gloves to make the food they use their hands to put the lettuce and meats in the burger thats not acceptable,their manager should have awared his employees to use plastic gloves while preparing food for customers.

the manager (i think), himself, doesn’t even know the safety hazards of working at a fast-food restaurant. he is wearing earphones while working and heard him talking to someone while serving food. this is something that should be taken seriously as he is working at a place where food is being served and that is such a safety hazard. on top of that, he went outside of the kitchen and didnt even bother to wash his hands before serving food again. such a disappointment and should be looked at very seriously.
The worker was mean and gave me the wrong McFlurry twice and got mad about it and the McFlurry I got was literally only half full don’t recommend 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

we have a very bad experience in this branch specially to the manager on duty, we came to have a breakfast today May 20,2025 at 12:31pm. and my son would like to have extra mayonnaise for his french fries,,, when he approach the counter they told to my son that there is a extra charge for getting mayonnaise,, we will not comeback here anymore,, this is very bad customer service approach specially for the customer who came as a first time in this branch,,

was there around 830pm big mac meal and it funny the pics they advertise a nice looking burger and when i ate it u couldnt even see any meat all bun . it was so dry out and bread was like card board. service was good.

Horrible service , the guy with the bald head that works there is stingy and un reasonable, they filled my ice cream half way and i asked them to fill it up and they refused to do so, horrible service and the managers are not great. I wont be coming back and i don't recommend as they ruined my day after a long day of work 😡 !!!!

Stopped by the McDonalds within the Stony Plain Road WalMart store on a whim. Place was clean. Decent service, good food. Would come again when in area. Wish the McD's closer to me had it this good.
