Stopped by the McDonalds within the Stony Plain Road WalMart store on a whim. Place was clean. Decent service, good food. Would come again when in area. Wish the McD's closer to me had it this good.

Easy and fast drive thru.
My main complaint is the cost, and how much higher it is compared to other locations.
I got 2 chicken mcmuffins, and it costed me $9.98 plus a bag, which is outrageous. It is 100% not worth $10.
I go to the Tamarack location, and it costs $6.78. I highly recommend double-checking the prices before going to this location.

Ordered 2 large fries no salt this evening. The male staff that took my order was the same person who prepared my ordered. He gave me an overcooked fries with salt which I assumed was just old fries that was cooked twice !!!!! Wasted my money!! Train your staff!!

This mcdonalds in Walmart stony plain has got to the be the worst in terms of customer service. The food isn't always the freshest but it can be fixed if u just ask.. the thing that bothers me the most is the numerous times I've witnessed the staff including managers argue with customers about pointless things such as too much salt on the fries or not so fresh coffee. Just make fresh coffee and or fries if ppl ask what is the issue?! I'm also here right now and the ladies in the back are yell talking back and forth, like nice and peaceful breakfast (not!). I only come here for convenience so that's why I gave 2 stars..2b fair..

Terrible and such unkind lady that was working tonight as I went in around 6:30pm with my children . Was only trying to use my app to redeem the dollar pop summer menu and was treated and refused because was told they wouldn’t accept my offer on app . . Refused to make a purchase with how unkind she was and how she spoke to me . went to another location where the service was kind and professional and I was met with someone who knew what they were doing and I was able to use my app. It’s really sad when you can work in customer service and treat people and look at them in such a disgust manner .

This McDonalds is really nice and one of the only ones that I have been to that has a fireplace! Pretty nice staff that served me quickly and politely. They have a huge parking lot and handicap parking and push buttons for access. The washrooms are clean and have baby changing tables. The interior has almost a designer look. A nice place to take a group our just grab a quick meal.
Parking: Lots of parking right beside in the lot. Nice handicap parking spots right next to the door.
Kid-friendliness: This would be a nice space for birthday parties. It can fit large groups and be comfortable.
Wheelchair accessibility: Great wheel chair accessibility from the handicap parking spot’s next to the door. Push buttons to open the doors.

Horrible experience. Shady place is owned by a franchise owner (also owns the location in the parking lot of walmart) and this owner charges between 20 cents - 50 cents more per menu item. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! All McDonald's in the same area should have the same pricing - when an item costs 20 cents to make and you charge your costumers 3 bucks or more to purchase that same item it should at least be the same price regardless of the location I visit.
At the very least they should have the ability to price match like the Walmart they are located in
I got some stupid response from the owner "as a franchise owner we can set the price based on economic needs" .... Your location is in a Walmart... The irony. Very unprofessional and bad costumer service.

This is a restaurant that is lying about their times that it takes to deliver you your food. There is a screen that has your number on it of your receipt and they are clearing that receipt long before you receive your food so they can shorten their times in their data. When I asked to speak to the manager about it she basically ignored me and wouldn't let me tell her I know you're lying . The managers at this restaurant and several others are liars and cheaters. The photo show with the screen cleared of my order but me still waiting to receive my food.
