Its the second time in two days that ive been to this restaurant & they look at drivers for over 10 minutes before asking what our order number is. There was an order there tonight sitting within all of our view the whole time. I had to yell at an employee to see if it was one of our orders. It sat there for the 10 minutes that I was there and the other driver was already waiting 10 minutes prior. The order was there the whole time, while we all stood around unacknowledged for a very long time. His customers food is cold because of your employees. Our orders were all canceled together once we realized you guys want nothing to do with drivers.

They ruined this store with the renovation. There's half as much seating available, theres no self serve fountain drinks, it's harder to get decent service with the way the front counter is formated, etc.

What's the point of having a reusable bag when this store doesn't even ask if you need a bag. I bought a reusable bag so they stop charging me a bag but still the staff don't listen.

We and 4 other vehicles were in the drive-thru and an employee came outside and turned us all away, claiming they were closed even though “Open 24/7” is literally plastered across the entire building and drive-thru signs. It was not a holiday, so I cannot think of why they’d actually be closed at midnight.

Bought 2 of the new bacon bennys wraps and added sausage turns out they decided to take off the bacon and not even put the sausage on thanks for taking my money and not putting what I ordered here’s the proof not sure who wants an egg and hash brown wrap when they order it with both types of meat.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My husband and I stopped here on our way home. He ordered this new triple pickle mc crispy burger and I a double cheese burger. We were so hungry so we stopped in the parking lot to eat after hitting up the drive thru. My husband took one bite of his burger. They gave him a fish patty in what should be a chicken burger! How does this happen?? What if he had an allergy to fish!? And not only that but we had to pull into the parking spot #1 to wait for our food. So we waited and they completely messed up his burger. Not to mention my burger had something weird and black on it like something was on the grill and they didn't bother to clean it they just put it in my burger. Now I know this is mcdonalds and you can't expect much but to be given fish when you ordered a chicken sandwich is crazy to me. Not impressed

Ordered lunch/dinner menu few minutes before 3:59am. When we got there to pick up (also before 3:59am) was told that their system is down and asked us to wait. When we came back to pick up, they said they can’t serve it anymore because its breakfast time. They should have told us from the start that they can’t serve it anymore so we didn’t have to wait. They could have checked the time. The other crew in the background keep saying no its breakfast time already. I asked for refund and was told they do not do refund, only in the app and that takes days as well.
