My fault I should have paid closer attention and of course no receipt in bag…. Just the debit receipt on my account. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this location. It should not be a painful experience to go to Mc. Donald’s. Lesson learned.

May 28,2028 9:30pm came to get a meal here as I usually come to this location when i ordered the girl on the speaker kept getting my order wrong and when i went to the first window i double checked with the lady at the first window and she fixed my order and what was ordered as the girl added an extra drink on my meal, i forgot to get her to charge me for extra mayo packages so asked her i’ll pay she mentioned she will get the girl in the second window to get me some np which was nice of her, when i got my meal from the second window asked the girl for the mayo as it was not in the bag and she huffed and she looked at the screen and she said you didnt pay for it as i dont mind paying for it she gave me 2 packages.. and she “I have a line up if you want buy you can drive around and get back in the line up to pay for mayo packages”… i work in customer service regardless if you’re busy or not i’m still a customer as i used to once work at mcdonald myself but lady in the second window doesn’t not know customer service very disappointed over a simple mayo package… haha

I ordered a mocha and asked for extra chocolate, didn't know that they would put it on the outside of the cup. The funny part is the girl who gave it to me, saw it too and still handed it over

Watched a manager wipe his face twice while making a half dozen meals, no gloves, no handwashing across different items (fish to chicken to beef). He then gave his staff snark for not being fast enough, threatening to leave the kitchen station.
I get it, it's fast food- my standards really cannot be that high. It's the combo of basic foodsafe ignorance paired with a poor leadership style that irks me. The food was fresh enough, and the other staff were professional. The manager in question didn't prep my meal, else I would have refused.

Honestly wish I could give this McDonald's 0 Stars but that's not an option. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs! Every time I go to this McDonald's the staff is completely incompetent and very rude. Every time I go they forget to give you food or they give you the wrong order. Go to any other McDonald's in the city.

Wow. They get your order wrong, nice girl at the counter takes care of it right away. The manager says they didn’t pay for it thinking we didn't hear her. Us Holding a receipt and our order proving it. Tell us we’re lying I don’t think so , wouldn’t even take the receipt to PROVE she is the one wrong. Maybe you shouldn’t be a manager , I’m sure with your shitty attitude and other complaints they’ll replace you anyway :)

When it's busy, they often mess up orders, but they remake your food and let you keep the wrong foods. It does seem like way too many workers 20, they also don't wear hair nets, and some look like they don't work there or don't wear uniform or safety equipment.
