I went through the drive-thru at the McDonald’s around 1 am and had such a great experience! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick and efficient. Everything was fresh, accurate, and served with a smile. It honestly made my day to see such great customer service at a drive-thru. Definitely a 5 star experience!
Very busy location. ordered on the kiosk and requested table service. waited for a while and seeing couple customers getting their food before us, so i went up to ask. Lady up front took my copy of the receipt and then apologized that she was trying to deliver the food but lost her copy of receipt so she didnt know which table and she also tried to call the number. she got us fresh food and delivered to the table right away. Apologized again and offered us free pastry or ice cream...
The chicken took time so the guy behind the cash offered to take a seat and deliver the food to the table once it’s done. The food was cooked well and warm, and the team was nice.
