Cyndee ( Management ) is fantastic at what she does. She’s always got a smile on her face and she’s always happy to see customers. Any time I’ve had any issues Cyndee has fixed it and followed up with me to make sure I’m good. I appreciate this in a world that customer service is dying. Give her a raise.

I received a Mc griddle without anything in it. What is this, who would order this. Was too far away after the fact to turn around, but just disappointed. Also, the drive-through lane was so slim that my my truck was rubbing tires when I made a turn. Why is the drive-through so slim.

I rarely get McDonald’s anymore because it’s always a high cost disappointment and tonight once again re-solidified that mentality. I spent hard earned money on food that cost top dollar, just to receive everything cold or luke warm. God only knows how long it’s all been sitting in warming units. If McDonald’s was better priced it wouldn’t matter as much but the prices are that of a high standard food service now. In low volume hours you think the least they could do is make you wait a short period and serve everything fresh.
Consistently disappointing. Never again.

Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I went to McDonald’s earlier today, and the second I got home and unwrapped my burger, I noticed visible MOLD on it. I was shocked and disgusted. How does something like this even make it out of the kitchen? This is not just gross — it's completely unsafe and a serious health hazard.
I took pictures (which I’ll be attaching) because this needs to be seen. It makes me wonder how long that bun had been sitting there and what else they’re serving without proper checks. I’ve lost trust in this location and won’t be returning anytime soon.
McDonald’s, do better. This kind of negligence can make people seriously sick.

I visited this McDonald’s on June 12 25 and I noticed that the staff preparing food were not wearing gloves at all. They were handling ready-to-eat food like burger condiments with bare hands. This made me uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. I hope management can improve food safety practices.
