i went to this location twice over the past month. each time i have gotten fast and efficient service. the girl working the counter around 7 ish today was super helpful, as i had a few questions.people leaving bad reviews need to realize, the worker will return the energy you give them.fast and efficient while doing their best to smile, what else is everyone else expecting at mcdonald’s.

Awful experience! FOUND a BUG in food tray ? ? Cold wrap, girl refused to heat it after requesting her multiple times. She asked for new wrap, but I declined politely because I didn't want her to put efforts to make it again. Then, took a first bite of wrap, Chicken tasted bad. Tea cup leaked on clothes. Asked for new cup, girl insisted on small, finally got medium. Discovered bug, girl denied fault, blamed customer. Left, not recommending place ??

No free refills. Even turned the machine off at the self service drink filling station when trying to fill up the cup. 30 minute limit to sitting. Signs up everywhere warning all the rules. Just a terribly run location. Won’t go back.
Fountain pops are flat, I watched the girl pretend to change my drink but all she did was change my lid haha. At least do it out of sight please.

Hire more people to take lanes on drive thru!This is the second time my food was cold the service on drive thru is not great as usual. But the elderly lady at the first windows is pleasant all the time. Whenever you ask for fresh they give you attitude at the second window. They would get you to park and leave you there for a while. The pop that I got is flat for the second time in a row. It taste like I got a left over drink from previous order that was sitting outside for a while. There is that east Indian girl with glasses that wears mask all the time that works at the second windows, SHE ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE RUSHING YOU TO LEAVE that's usually the one I encounter. Check your stuff before driving away from that windows. And make sure you get what you paid for! Poor service!!

I stopped going here because they stopped allowing refills. Seems petty, maybe it is but maybe it was more so that the one time I actually wanted a refill I went to the machine and the person had the machine turned off and said "no refills." Ok, whatever, but I went back today to get a bagel for breakfast and as usual when I got to my office the thing was hard as a stone. Again! My office is less than 5 minutes by car. I ordered an Everything bagel with cream cheese and I got two bites in and I had to toss it. I've complained about this before to this location and I see it still happens. Before it used to be burned to a crisp, hard as stone and it seems they rectified the burning part but c'mon. If you have bagels from a day or two ago, you can't serve those anymore when they get stale and hard. This was it. I won't be back. Ever. Too bad because the morning drive through lady is very pleasant and I enjoy talking with her.

Have to pay for “one” mayo packet. Nuggets that I order was cold and hard. Dirty dining and washroom was smelly. Staff are unfriendly. No reciept in the kios. Need to ask the staff about it.
