Worst mcdonald staff ever

Tuesday around taking order on drive thru charged extra for food. Even showed the receipt of same thing which ingot very previous day. But she made faces over it when I pointed out the xtra charge.
Dropped my change intentionally on the ground in drive thru.
This all made me laugh like she wanted to disrespect the customer. But all she showed was her low quality etiquettes

Worst McDonald's is ever visited. Made my order wrong, i ask them to replace it, the crew manager accepts the mistake and willing to make my order again. But, the manager of indian origin has no civic sense, started yelling and fighting. If someone from the management sees it, take disciplinary action against that women. Incident happen on dec 10, 2025, around 5:10 and she the assistant manager. Give proper training to them, how to behave

No sense of talking to customers. Manager is so rude how do they promote some rude person as a manager she doesn’t even know what greeting a customer means

Wish I could give a zero. ’m sure my other review was deleted cause I was warning others NOT to go here. The service here is absolutely disgusting. We wait in the drive thru line forever while they serve others and we got to the spot first. And again your 5 am morning person is absolutely horrendous. If you can’t treat people right( ITS YOUR JOB) then maybe find a different one. Who ever does the hiring maybe really look at who you are hiring. This McDonald’s used to be my fav now I will drive to another one

I’d 100000% give this a zero but I have to pick 1. To the person taking orders at 806 this morning ( Nov 22). Maybe don’t be so rude and listen when we talk. No one deserves that attitude first thing this morning. McDonald’s. I’d really evaluate whom you hire. Never want to go back

I’ve visited this McDonald’s twice recently, and I noticed a consistent issue with how some of the staff treat pickup drivers. A few of the girls working there — mostly brown girls at the front — are very polite and humble with regular customers, but their behavior changes when dealing with Skip, DoorDash, or Uber Eats drivers. The attitude is noticeably different, and drivers are not treated with the same respect.

This is something the manager and the owner really need to take seriously. Delivery drivers play a big role in the business, and equal treatment should be the standard for everyone who comes in. I hope management takes steps to address this and improve professionalism for all customers and drivers.

I don't know what's wrong with McDonald's these days but this is the second time today I've gotten a cold decaf, I know a lot of people don't order it but isn't it customary to keep it hot? This is disgusting I don't know why this happens but it's absolutely not okay.

I ordered through Skip and two items were missing from my order (a double cheeseburger and my son’s chicken nuggets). I requested a refund but never got a response or a refund. On top of that, all the fries were hard and cold. Really disappointed with this experience.
