am writing to share my recent disappointing experience at the drive-thru of your on 8 September 2025. The level of customer received was very poor and not what I would expect from McDonald’s.
When I reached the first window, the staff member (an Indian girl) spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I provided my code, but she told me in a raised voice that she was “not supposed to take it” because her manager had instructed her so. When I asked if this was McDonald’s policy, she insisted it was, while continuing to speak in an unprofessional tone.
I then asked for her name, but instead of answering, she yelled at me and told me to go to the next window. At the second window, another manager named Shehnaz displayed the same behavior. She did not ask what the issue was and instead began raising her voice, repeatedly demanding my order without listening to my concern. When I questioned if this was McDonald’s policy, she admitted it was not, but still refused to acknowledge the behavior of the first staff member.
Even more concerning, the store manager was present during this entire exchange but made no attempt to step in, de-escalate, or resolve the matter. When she finally came to the window, she simply told me to pay and take my order, without any apology or explanation.
This experience left me extremely disappointed. Customer service should be respectful, attentive, and solution-oriented, especially from managers who set the example for their team. Instead, I was met with rudeness, raised voices, and no accountability from multiple employees, including the store manager.
I kindly request that you review this incident with the staff involved, as well as ensure proper training is reinforced at this location. McDonald’s has always been known for consistent service, but this experience fell far below those standards.

Ordered two quarter pounders that were completely dryed out no juice in the beef, as well as the buns. Very bad.also was not given a receipt.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE during the night ! Very unprofessional servers, they do not know how to prepare the orders correctly, especially the mcflurries!!

The manager attitude is worse , he don't speak enough laud when you are in drive through then his attitude is very wrong. They need to have a better person on the front. Witn me as client was mean so what can happen with the workers.

To bad experience. Never ever think about to go in this store.
Always have to wait for food in drive through line, extremely slow staff. All around bad expirence everytime. Its always the same nothing ever chnages or improves.
Guess what back again. Waiting again.
Ill never be back to this atrocious establishment. By far the worst location in the entire city.

Store Employee Shehnaz doesn’t treat food delivery drivers well. I was having a thermal bag too but she said you need other thermal bag and doesn’t gave me order.
I always pick order with same bag from same store and other stores too but no one have any issues with that

I Went to this place at 3 AM for an Order for Oreo, McFlurry . When I came at the drive-through point and Told that it is my pick up then the girl was least attentive towards the order code I was telling to her. Later on when She told me to come to the window. I waited there for more than 10 minutes after which she was Handing me over two bigger bags of some other person which I again told her that I just want a Oreo, McFlurry And then she asked me to pay for that again. After again explaining Everything, that I had paid It online, I got my order without any Positive gesture. I totally respect the staff and I know that they are busy but still they need to be more attentive toward their customer service. I don’t know what’s wrong with this place especially at the night time. Kindly see to it please.

Wow, look at all the 1 star ratings lol. Well, here's mine. You have nowhere to lock up a bike, so I brought it inside only to be told I can't. That's fine and all, I get the safety argument, but you have nowhere to lock up. No racks, no poles, nothing. She suggested I leave my $2000 bike beside the front door where I can't see it, as if that's at all a good idea. If you're not gonna allow them inside, then provide a place to lock them up. It wouldn't even cost very much. She also screwed up my order. I ordered Mcgriddles breakfast sandwiches, and all I got was the cakes themselves, not what I asked for. You should replace the staff in this place, it's quite obvious to everyone that goes there that no one in there gives a shit about anything. This place is 5 minutes from my house, and the next closest is like 30. I'll ride the 30 minutes next time. p.s. Thank you to the super kind dude that traded me his car keys to watch my bike for me so I could go in. You're a legend my friend.

Never again will I go here. Over the years I’ve had countless issues with missing items and poor quality of food but today takes the cake. I ordered a few items along with a quarter pounder meal. I got about halfway through my burger when a twisted chunk of hair got stuck in my teeth, not just a single hair it a couple but a knotted dozen or so hairs in the centre of my burger. It was the most disguising experience I’ve had which almost made me vomit. I will never order food from this location ever again.
