I recently visited McDonald’s and ordered two cups of coffee and a cheeseburger without meat. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The cheeseburger was handed to me wrapped only in napkins, without being placed on a tray or in a bag, which felt unhygienic and unprofessional.
Additionally, the staff’s behavior was not up to the expected standard. They were quite loud, and the overall service felt unorganized. As a regular customer, I expect better presentation and customer service.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving service quality and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

This is the worst mcdonald's I have been in, in Alberta. first, is my nuggets were soggy, and my fries was cold and it was also not salted, whatsoever. it was tasteless. absolutely terrible. couldn't even finish the fries of how cold and yucky it was. second is service. I was standing at the front counter and nobody didn't pay attention to me. They were just talking between each other. And I was standing there for almost 5 minutes, just waiting for them. even though they did saw me. as well as after waiting for 5 minutes for my food, it was still cold. Just like I said, it wasn't even fresh. also about service they were really rude to me. and about the atmosphere and the cleanliness of restaurants is also absolutely terrible. i really did not like that when they were mopping the lobby and cleaning it, they had to put chairs around it to not let people go in there. They're not supposed to do that. i could not access the garbage. So I had to walk out and to throw my garbage outside. Because i'm not gonna throw it on the floor of course.

Absolutely unacceptable. I was served a burger with a burnt, charred bun that looks like it was forgotten on the grill. This isn’t “toasted” — it’s ruined. Anyone who looked at this and still decided to serve it clearly didn’t care.
McDonald’s is supposed to be fast and consistent, yet somehow this made it out the door. That tells me quality control is either nonexistent or completely ignored. I didn’t pay to be someone’s mistake.
If this is the level of service being offered, it’s embarrassing for a global chain. Do better — because this is straight-up disrespectful to customers.

Tuesday around taking order on drive thru charged extra for food. Even showed the receipt of same thing which ingot very previous day. But she made faces over it when I pointed out the xtra charge. Dropped my change intentionally on the ground in drive thru. This all made me laugh like she wanted to disrespect the customer. But all she showed was her low quality etiquettes

Worst McDonald's is ever visited. Made my order wrong, i ask them to replace it, the crew manager accepts the mistake and willing to make my order again. But, the manager of indian origin has no civic sense, started yelling and fighting. If someone from the management sees it, take disciplinary action against that women. Incident happen on dec 10, 2025, around 5:10 and she the assistant manager. Give proper training to them, how to behave
