Worst McDonald's ever... Unprofessional, dirty and ignorant. Food is cold and poorly prepared. All the women handling the food with dirt hands and the last time I checked the official language in Canada is English .. this place can go to hell.

Staff is kind. BUT even when there is no one in the drive thru they just slop your food together. Seems lately the food is usually cold/old, burger buns are soggy from grease, and it’s just a waste. Granted I know it’s McDonald’s so I really don’t have HIGH expectations but sometimes it’s just straight up nasty and I kick myself for wasting $20 :( I’ve worked food service for a good amount of time and know how busy/annoying it can get so I’m very empathetic to the workers but why does the cheese on my burger look like it’s from 1942? Might need to find a new location and see if they have higher standards.

I order 2 big mac combos from this location through skip the dish absolutely disgusting both burgers the buns were so stail they hard as a rock.this is the worst mcdonald's in the millwoods area.and tried a credit or refund on skip I was refused.hopfully store manager or owner will read this get better quality control.whobowns this location should there franchise rights they clearly have no clue on how run it.plus this location doesn't allow refills on pop where all the mcdonalds do.

The food was horrible. I asked for last large fries and they gave me deep-fried old fries and then I went Inside the store to get it replaced they did the same thing again which is not good or healthy. Additionally i asked for cujan crispy burger and they gave us wrap instead.

I work physically (100s/lbs) throughout the day every day, to come here and have my brand new 50 dollar bill checked for counterfeit. It's probably just my brown skin and sweat on that bill they want to scan and sanitize. Double big Mac is just okay, fries over cooked rock solid coke watered down 14.75$ subpar food and disrespectful prejudice service. Told the cashiers' supervisor that I don't counterfeit money. She says it's my job and I said idgaf. It's a slap in the face to come here and be treated like that. They don't want my money. Okay point taken. Good bye.

Staff were fighting. Door opener was hanging by exposed wires. Service was slow and I had to go back and ask for monopoly tickets. They said they were running low but I felt they were hoarding them in a drawer. Only one staff member seemed to be interested in serving clients and she wasn't the manager
Our lunch was fine until discovering that they have the freaking bathroom locked and you have to go track down the manager for the key. Also does not have any bike racks so good luck bicyclists

I and my friends came at drive thru on Wednesday morning around 4 am we ordered McFlurrys and the lady at window with glasses was rude and didn’t greet us properly. We were disappointed with the customer service and even my friend said thanks to her and she didn’t reply and closed the window.

3 days in a row have gotten 0 sugar in a triple triple. It’s not hard to put sugar in a coffee, as a matter of fact it takes all of 20 seconds to put it in the coffee and stir it. It’s not a hard concept do better
