Ordered chicken and ribs for delivery. The best meal I've ever tasted. This was my first time eating there and I will definitely keep going back.

Ordered memphis feast, everything was good except the ribs were a little too hard.

Excellent and absolutely authentic BBQ! Make sure to have a birch beer with your meal.

So good! We stopped by here and grabbed some Caesar salads to go — wait for it —- with brisket, bbq beans and cornbread. Wow was it good. You can taste the care that they put into each item on the menu here, even the salad is excellent! Portion size was generous, staff was extremely kind and welcoming, we’ll be back for sure.

We treat ourselves to the memphis feast once a year and it's well worth the price. Unfortunately this time we ordered and they were out of alot things as it seems the guy working today was all alone most of the day. That being said I am still happy with what we got and will definitely order again. The baked beans are very good and all the meat is smoked to perfection. I highly recommend getting the Memphis Feast it's got a little of everything but if you don't want to order the feast I suggest trying the sausage and brisket. Everyone has bbq chicken and pulled pork but smoked sausage and brisket are where its at. Everything was cooked perfectly today and I am very satisfied. The portions are also very generous!

Food was amazing. Had a sausage dinner and 1/2 rack of ribs. The only subpar item we had was the coleslaw.

The food here is alright... not bad, not great either. It wasn't clean. At all. Barbecue sauce on the bench back, many dirty dishes and scummy glasses brought out, sticky table, particles floating in the drinks.Decor has crossed the line from kitchy and eclectic, to run-down thrift store. Stuffed animals with Santa hats look old and grimy. All of the kids drawings hiding the kitchen stations make it look messy. It's cute at first, when there's a couple there, but they've taken over. Everyone knows at some point you gotta take the kids art down. It's been 5+ years according to some of the dates. They'll forgive you.We made a reservation in advance because we had a large group of 12, but every step of the service was still unreasonably slow and inattentive. Dishes piled up and were not being taken. Most of the waitresses shirts were dirty, with old sauce and stuff smeared where their stomach touches the trays as they came out. We saw it happen with one of our food trays. Also at one point for a few minutes there was not a single employee to be seen anywhere, we didn't know if they went for a group break or what but for many reasons this is not good practice.Having a large party is a great opportunity for the restaurant, but no one seemed happy to have us there, and none of us will be back. Not interested in trying it again; wouldn't recommend. Especially not for groups.Kid-friendliness: Definitely an unfussy location, could be more fussy actually, or at least cleaned. There's an overwhelming amount of children's drawings posted in front of the kitchen stations, so I guess kids are welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps for curb, no stairs, but no automation on the double doored entrance.

When my family asked where I wanted to go for Mother's day, I knew just the spot to go!We headed to the Memphis Blues BBQ house in Millwoods and had the Elvis Platter with the seafood melody and extra BBQ shrimp.Firstly, I just love this place! The decor is awesome and keeps the kids busy looking around. The colouring wall of fame is another favourite and my daughter proudly added her art with the help of Ness the ownerThe food was amazing, everyone loved it and there was no complaints from my 4 kids and me and hubby are so happy. Then for dessert Ness offered the kids and mom a complimentary ice cream with toppingWe got to take home a huge helping as the portions are so huge!I'll end this with telling you that you need to go and try the brisket.Best brisket I've had and it keeps bring us back! Thanks for another amazing dinner and we will be back!

Reading some of the 1/5 reviews on this place, the complaints were about service and the sloppy clothes the staff were wearing. When I went, one person who was supposed to work was in the hospital so there was one guy working alone. They had no draft beer and only 4 choices of bottled. I had the catfish sandwich and I was happier with it than I expected. It does not have the picnic tables but does have paper towel rolls at the tables, like a Tennessee place would have. Everywhere is expensive these days. With each of us having a sandwich and a split appy we were full, which is much better than the last BBQ place I went that cost more.

It was OK ribs that were tender but sauce comes on the side and it's not amazing. The beans are in such a small side dish . The fries are my fav kind real potatoes . It's order at front style so you don't get much service . The staff was friendly just not very professional . There is clutter in hall to back. There isn't much bussing of tables or clean up after. Overall feels not clean. I was glad I ordered a whole rack not tons of meat but just over half did fill me up with 4 bones for leftovers. I won't go again.

The first time there was a private party so they asked us to eat and leave in 30 minutes and the second time today they only got one of our drink orders and then just left and never came back. We waited 15-20 minutes for them to come back and take our order and our drink order. Another customer had to get up and go to the counter for them to even take his and his family’s order. Absolutely no customer service skills, no welcome feeling & just such a waste of time. Don’t waste your money, there’s better food & better service elsewhere.

My brother picked up a pulled pork and a two meat sandwich today and brought it for lunch. I am a regular here I was disappointed today ,although it was plentiful it was very dry , It is the first time I was disappointed so i will not give up on it yet but it tasted like yesterdays food

The place was very unsanitary, the ribs and pulled pork i ordered was chewy and salty. I also ordered a peach crumble pie with ice cream, the peach crumble pie itself was old and had molds. The Servers were screaming at each other which completely ruined the vibe the restaurant gave off when we first walked in.
