Wow! Great food and great service. We had one of the platters and it was very good. Lots of variety and it was very tender and flavourful. The staff was super friendly, answered all of our questions and made some really great recommendations. Portion sizes were very big and the platter was a great size for our party size and we had a good amount of left overs. Definitely recommend this location and we will be back.

I've eaten at a bunch of the "top" BBQ restaurants in Alberta, and Memphis Blues COMPLETELY blows them out of the water! It was our first time eating here tonight, and the first thing that was really impressive was the friendliness of the folks working there. Big smiles from the guy at the till! We ordered the jambalaya and the brisket meal. The smoked sausage in the jambalaya was phenomenal! The brisket was so tender, and the mustard BBQ sauce made me want to cry...

Jambalaya was great! My lady said it was the best brisket she's ever had, staff was very friendly, i liked the hybrid take out/ sit in style restaurant you have. Decor and environment were cool! Thanks for a great experience!
