I cannot believe your hours are so dodgy please get it together and have your hours at a normal time so people can get their frozen yogurt conveniently and not have to wait a whole week. repent for what you have done thank you.

Seems very out of date. Both the atmosphere and the ice cream… the ice cream has a very weird taste..

Just be aware that two full bowls will run you nearly $40! This is WITHOUT toppings! When i said not thank you that’s not a fair price they MADE us pay. I’ll never ever visit this establishment again personally or even this company. Whoever I dealt with was rude and greedy (I presume the owner). There is not single response the owner could give me for the awful service I just had. Go give your money to Deserving company!

We visited Menchie’s for the first time and loved it! The place had a warm atmosphere, and the customer service was excellent. Mohammad, who works there, was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain the different flavors and toppings to us. We tried Oreo, strawberry, and chocolate frozen yogurt, with cornflakes and fruit as toppings along with Rees’s shake which tasted great. We dined in and stayed for about two hours, thoroughly enjoying the experience. We’ll definitely be back to try more flavours!

Writing a review in hopes more effort is put into providing a better experience for the consumers as it’s the only Menchies in Edmonton. The frozen yogurt is great and the options to put toppings is super fun! However the experience is not the same when you enter a decently sized store and half the frozen yogurt machines are either out or don’t have a flavour running at all and you can’t tell till you’re already in the store as it’s just a little red flashing light. Same with the toppings the processed toppings are typically stocked but the fresh fruit is a hit or miss. If you ask them if they have extra fruit in the back they shrug their shoulders and say no before you’re even done asking the question.
* I can’t make 2 reviews so I figured I would add to this one. I went to the store the following day after writing my review and they had even less flavours of frozen yogurt available!! 16 machines and only 8 machines running and one of those 8 were running low.
Definitely won’t be wasting my time driving right downtown to continue to be disappointed because of poor management.
