We visited Menchie’s for the first time and loved it! The place had a warm atmosphere, and the customer service was excellent. Mohammad, who works there, was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain the different flavors and toppings to us. We tried Oreo, strawberry, and chocolate frozen yogurt, with cornflakes and fruit as toppings along with Rees’s shake which tasted great. It's running off of purely nostalgia everything in there has to be at least a decade old. The machines don't run very smoothly and it definitely tastes like health craze sorbet
Lots of yogurt flavours and always fresh toppings.Staff are always pleasant and it’s a very comfortable atmosphere.The covers/lids for the topping bins should be improved. Many are missing magnets that allow the bins to stay open when scooping. Also the wall art could be refreshed many of it is from the 2000s and 2010s.
