Used to come here all time it was my go to place to get ramen, but since they started hiring those young Asian ladies service went down hill, they seem like they do not want to be working and it’s like and inconvenience for them to take an order. For me that has brought down the atmosphere here for me. I have since found a new ramen house which has a great welcoming atmosphere.

We come here for lunch often, great Ramen!
Recently they removed the okonomiyaki from their menu, this breaks my heart as it was the best appetizer on their menu. Owners of Menjiro, please bring it back!

Good customer care by the person who served us, he stopped by in between to make sure we enjoy the good. This is lacking in many places.
Food was great as well.

We are on the hunt for Edmonton's best ramen, and this stop was Menjiro Ramen! We showed up early, and it stayed pretty busy throughout our visit — always a good sign. We started with the chicken karaage — tasty but could’ve used a bit more crisp. For mains, we tried the Tonkotsu Shoyu, Spicy Miso, and Goma Tan Tan — rich broths, great depth of flavour, and generous portions. Mike even ordered a side of noodles to soak up the rest of his broth for later (smart move!). We’ll be back to try the Tonkotsu Black Garlic. Overall, a comforting bowl and solid contender — but the search for Edmonton’s best ramen isn’t over yet

Maybe this place is for you if you like pork broth but the chicken broth was honestly very disappointing.. i got the spicy chicken broth and it was so bland..not even a hint of spice in it..and plus you’ve to pay extra 2 dollars if you want chicken pieces instead of pork.. and the chili oil that we had to order cuz the broth was so bland..the noodles weren’t that good either and for the price it wasn’t worth it. Definitely not the place to go to if you like chicken broth..

Menjiro is a must-visit for ramen lovers!
I’ve been here multiple times and it never disappoints. The black garlic ramen is my personal favorite — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. It’s the kind of dish that warms you up and keeps you coming back.

My kids absolutely loved the tonkatsu tomato ramen. The tomato adds a unique twist that’s surprisingly refreshing, and the crispy pork cutlet was a hit. It’s great to find a spot where the whole family can enjoy something delicious.

The atmosphere is cozy, the staff are friendly, and the service is always quick and attentive. Whether you’re grabbing a solo bowl or dining with family, Menjiro delivers a consistently great experience. Highly recommend!

Good broths - we had the chicken clear broth and the tonkotsu. Egg portion and overall broth quantity was a little less than expected but good flavour nonetheless.

Went in for lunch and the food was so good! If you're a person that is into Spice I recommend getting the Spicy Red Dragon, that one was so delicious!

This is our go to place for Ramen in Edmonton but recently they changed the noodle to a different type, like chow mein noodle and is not as good anymore. Looks like we have to find a new place.

Great place, great food. Always enjoy the ramen there. I also enjoy the karage plate. I usually go for the spicy red dragon, and it is spicy 😋. But honestly, no one can go wrong with this place. The noodles are made in-house and are delicious.
