In addition to the delicious food, I want to highlight the excellent customer service provided by Fatih, whose kind smile and warm welcome, along with complimentary tea and baklava, made our experience even more enjoyable. “Jerusalem shawarma was worth it .Food is good .Busy place , lot of people in the kitchen line but nobody to clean the tables . Front lady is rude for no reason at all.
I came for dine in , but I did take out since I didn’t felt like having it there . If you speak their language , u get special nice service though .
However . As a whole , I liked their food , but need to improve on their service . I will come back again for takeout . Thanks team .“

No proper words to fully describe how good the food is here but I’ll do my best.

Had the mixed platter, fair price and huge portions. The meat, rice and salad were wonderful. The hummus and garlic dip are to die for.

They also gave us fresh pitas out of the oven which paired so nicely with the hummus.

I even bought a large container of their hummus home :)

The inside atmosphere was so cozy and warm, if I wasn’t in a rush I would have loved to have tea here.

“I have been visiting and eating from this place for the last five years. The Philippine chef was amazing. Great cooking. But yesterday I had the bitter experience. A new lady chef came in. She is so tensed and pressured on seeing customer lines. I got burned mixed meat platter with excess oil. She did not take care on fine preparation of the food. I felt sad. Less quantity and burned meat. A new person need to be appointed for service. Need timely cleaning of the desks. They don’t provide free plain drinking water with food. We have to buy drinks. A small shop with great taste was a relief. Now the standard is going down. Prices needs to be rationalized.“

The food was delicious, great quality beef with delicious sauces. The restaurant atmosphere was also great and the prices were very reasonable. But the best of all features was the customer service, the people working at this restaurant are truly unmatched in their hospitality. The kindness, respect, and welcoming environment, paired with genuinely delicious food made for a great night when me and my family visited Edmonton a month ago. They truly went above and beyond with the hospitality and kindness, even going as far as to help us out as tourists and truly giving us the hospitality of one's own home.
