I always enjoy their food, but do NOT ever order online. I paid and drove a half hour to get there. When I arrived I realized they cancelled my order (the cancellation came 20 minutes after my order so I'd already long left the house in the dead of winter). Now I have a charge on my credit card, no food, wasted an hour of time and gas driving there and back, and need to follow up to make sure I get a credit back for the payment they took. Since I had already arrived, I'm disappointed they turned me away instead of just preparing my food for me, especially when I already paid.
Update: No refund was issued after a week. I was indeed charged for a meal I did not get. Now I need to waste more time sorting this out. Very disappointed in management's non responsiveness. They also need to figure out how to properly use their online ordering system.

The meal was excellent - nice and fresh (& big plates!) but did take a long time for some things to come out. We felt like we were being rushed out 1/2 an hour before closing.

Can’t even see the fish inside that sushi. 100$ just for some rice with traces of fish inside. And the tables was sticky. Just clean them better.

Semi pro sushi! Nothing worse that warn sushi and cold soggy deep fried tofu. Truly disgusting. Restaurant not conscientious re preparation of their food and just don't seem to care anymore . This restaurant is not what it used to be and the manager just makes excuses instead of taking feedback on a constructive basis. We will never eat or order at the Mikado again. Good riddance.

Amazing spot in Edmonton! What a great find, my friends randomly found this sushi restaurant. We absolutely loved it! The service, food and ambiance were top notch. Overall highly recommended!!
