Came in today for lunch and ordered a super donair with cheese and onion rings, the food and the service were absolutely wonderful. Another customer mistakenly took my order but the staff quickly remade everything and I couldn't be happier with the experience, I just hope the other customer isn't too disappointed that the meal he took had banana peppers added and he received my onion rings in place of his poutine. I guess next visit he will pay closer attention to the order number called out instead of hastily grabbing whatever food is prepared first

It is -32 and the staff is awesome, they are friendly and speedy! I am currently enjoying a Donair poutine, a meal that I wouldn’t normally get - it is the most glorious combination of flavours. The fries are crispy - gravy is divine and the Donair meat is tender and flavourful. They are generous with the ingredients. I would recommend Mikes to anyone who is looking for value and flavour.

Inside the restaurant is incredibly filthy and I was second-guessing my choice but I was starving. My sub was lacking ingredients and the bread was over proofed, chewy and so stale. If they weren't so cheap on the meat and veggies it might have been a 2.5 or 3 star rating. I'm surprised it didn't give me explosive diahhrea.

Ordered large fries & poutine today for lunch. Pics show what I got when I sat down to eat after pickup...where are the curds??? Whatever was added for cheese was small in size & not much of it. Too salty as well. Meal was hot & gravy was good though. Not good value for $$$. Won't order again.

I have been coming here for the last 2 years and until the last few months I would have scored it a 9.2 out of 10. However, with staff turnover the last few months the quality has dramatically decreased and therefore score it a 7.5 out of 10. I really hope they can fix the staff turnover and get some elite donair makers back behind the counter again.

First time in my life I had to remove bacon from my Club Sub. Bacon tasted like old, cheap fat- I almost lost my lunch. I wonder if these restaurants taste their own food? 15 bucks for a sandwich not worth 5.
