I had high expectations for the $175 birthday cake I ordered for a party. I also ordered cookies. Unfortunately, myself and others felt the taste was lacking for both. The cookies were cute, but in my opinion neither were worth the cost for the absence of flavour. I also felt there could have been more detail added to the cake. Oh well.

I went to this little baking shop to pick up some goodies for a small gathering. The shop itself is very cute and colorful. They have quite a big variety of offerings including drinks and baked goods.After assessing the variety of options available. I decided on purchasing a dozen macaron. My biggest issue with this shop was the pricing. On the blackboard macarons are listed as $26 for a dozen. When my order was being rung up, I saw that my price was quite a bit higher. It was only at that time that I was made aware that the macarons that I ordered were special and cost quite a bit more than what was listed.The macarons themselves were very good. I really like the flavors and they look so cute. However, they cost quite a lot more than the standard cost of Macarons at other bakeries (Duchess).I did enjoy what I bought But I don't know if it is worth what I paid. I would much rather go to Dutchess and get some more unique flavors. I have not written this place off, but would only reserve it for very special occasions and gifts for others.

Staff are always pleasant and friendly! I have been to the bakery a handful of times, and have gotten excellent service. As well I have ordered custom cakes and they have always been amazing.

I've ordered from Milk & Cookies Bakeshop quite a few times. They really do have the cutest cookie designs! All of the items I've ordered have been high quality and I've really enjoyed them. There was an error in my recent Christmas order and they were very quick to fix it (free of charge). I am really pleased with the customer service I received!

My nephew absolutely loves their sugar cookies and I love how they have different themes everyday!! Their cupcakes and cakes are also super delicious! The girls are always so helpful and always give great advise when making custom orders. I keep coming back every time! ?

This place is a hidden gem! Was quite impressed with their cookies. The sandwiches are so delicious and curb your sweet tooth! Their cupcakes were nice and moist!

The cookies, cakes, and pretty much all baked goods here are amazing. Their cookies are the prettiest and most delicious, they never miss. I've probably been in the shop 8-10 times, but 3-4x I've got terrible service :(. I've worked at bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and I know that's not how you should treat people. When they are busy, with long lines outside, I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I've been the only one in before and still been treated like that. The staff has rolled their eyes when I take a minute to decide, will talk with an attitude, get annoyed if I ask any questions, and it is really not ok. I will come back because some of the staff is lovely and their cookies are THE BEST, but please just don't be mean to people, we really want to love this place.

They were on my list for a very long time and I'm very glad at last I could go there! The person who helped us was very nice, helpful and funny! I liked the presentation of the products! They looked nice and very appealing! The interior design was very nice and appealing too. I picked the something that was pretty heavy on chocolate and enjoyed it a lot! Based on my experience and the taste of their products I'll definitely go back there and I recommend this business!
Amazing cakes. Rich butter cream and amazing flavours, you can't go wrong. My go to place for cakes, I have not tasted anything better in Edmonton

Stopped in on a Friday morning to buy a cake - which was, in my opinion, the best cake we have tried in the city...and we have tried a lot on our hunt to find the perfect cake. I'm only leaving 3 stars because the service was not very good. This was our first visit to the bakery and we were excited to see everything and pick out a handful of treats. We got there early and were first in line of maybe 10, so yea it was a little busy. No one who was waiting seemed bothered by us asking questions and taking a few minutes to decide. The girl helping us however was visibly annoyed with us and our enthusiasm. Why are you working somewhere that presents cute and fun if you are not going to enjoy it? I get that people have bad days but if my bf and I could both separately recognize you didn't want to help us, that is an issue.Everything we bought was AMAZING.We will buy absolutely buy your cake again because it was so freaking good. Hopefully next time we get more pleasant service

Bought the French toast cupcake and peach macaroon today. I didn't care so much for the cupcake it just didn't give French toast to me but the little sugar cookie on top was good.I still ate every last bite though lolThe peach macaroon was omg!!!!! Soo good so chewy and perfect flavor though I wish it wasn't as sweet. Next time I'll buy more. I think macaroons are their specialty. I also appreciated the friendly girl working today who wore gloves when grabbing ny desserts :)

First time in today and sadly will not be back, I have tried many macarons over the years and these seemed like they were old or something. They were so chewy it was hard to eat and the lack of filling was pretty disappointing. It’s a cute shop and the employee was very nice otherwise.
