The hours of this place are never for sure… I walked really far to come here at 9:15 pm and not gotten served. They post that they are closed at ten! The owner is not a nice woman. I have been here quite a bit but as much as the service is nice sometimes, the owner is always rude. * UPDATE * Turns out one of the reasons the owner was so rude is because of something one of her other customer said. I don’t even know this person. I also got in trouble for leaving a review that wasn’t sparkling, but that was honest. I spend a lot of money and this is the closest establishment to my place. Too bad drama is more important to this woman than business. I highly recommend never even going here. Hopefully somebody who knows what they’re doing will own it at some point. Just feel really bad for the staff who have to deal with her on a daily basis. Her loss

We were visiting from Calgary and googled events in Edmonton and came up with Mimi's Pub. They had Singo Music Bingo playing on Saturday night, and it was an fun night of food, drinks and great company.
Its an Amazing Pub The owner Mimi's daughter was on site greeting everyone she is a very nice Lady. Definitely a restaurant/pub everyone should check out. Foods Amazing and well priced An A+ in my books. We will be back next time we're on town Thank you for a great night out.

I’ve been to Mimi’s a few times now and while they do have pretty good food. Their service is not great. First time I was served a dirty glass (had lipstick on it) and it took almost half an hour for our waiter to bring our bill. The next time it took almost 10 minutes for them to seat us, another 10 to bring the menu and after another 10 minutes of no one coming to even offer us water. We left. The last time I went our waitress just left with no heads up of shift change, squaring our bill or any instruction of what to do to pay and after awhile we finally went inside and spoke to the bartender. I would love to support a local pub but their service makes it hard to want to go there and enjoy the pretty good food.

We were a party of seven adults, it was about 5:30 pm, and we were there to have supper . Some of the menus said breakfast was available all day, but when I ordered the server said that only applied before 3 pm. It seemed the only choices were pizza, appetizers, soup, and fish and chips. I ordered fish and chips and asked if I could have Caesar salad instead of chips. He complied, but charged an additional $3, so even though I didn't have fries I ended up paying $27. Five of us had decaff. coffee but were not even offered refills. It seems the place is only interested in selling pizza and beer.

Absolutely love the karaoke nights at Mimi’s it’s a lovely supportive atmosphere where everyone can sing regardless of skill level.
getting really super tired of having to listen to bad karaoke on Friday nights at 11. It’s now 11:15 PM and someone is butchering journey and I can hear it down the street. please have some consideration for your neighbours who have lived here quite a long time now. It’s never been an issue before this summer. Your noise levels are too loud.
Too loud,I was yelling to try and have a conversation. Not for me thanks.

I apologize for the poor review.
Our son choose this restaurant for a celebration as we've been here in the past and the food is delicious. However, this evening there was an event and the restaurant was severly understaffed. We waited an hour before we got refills on drinks.
We ordered 3 pizzas and one of the pizzas was supposed to have prosciutto and it was missing. So they took the pizza back and put slices of prosciutto on the top of pizza and returned it to be served. Rather than try to address the service by providing any type of compensation the servers simply apologized and focused on the event they were dealing with. The table next to us also had to review their bill multiple times to be corrected.
So come when it isn't busy or when it is appropriately staffed. It is too bad as we like to support the local businesses and this experience will make us think twice before considering it again.
