I'm a bit late with my review, but I had it on my To Do list. I had my wedding in mid-Nov 2017 and Carol was so helpful! I called her two weeks before the wedding as the hall told me last minute that I couldn't make my own cake; it had to be made and delivered by a licensed/insured baker. I quickly did a Google search and found a few options. I called and left a message and I e-mailed them all. Carol got back to me right away, which was impressive!
I quickly explained my situation and she was so understanding. Right away, we were able to pick the cupcakes according to my color theme. I declined the taste testing that she offered since there was no time and I don't regret it one bit! Everyone at the wedding loved the mini cupcakes! They were so fresh and moist. She exceeded my expectations and I would recommend her without hesitation!
