The Sherwood Park location is by far one of the best restaurants food is wonderful and service is top notch!!! This is mine and my husbands new favourite spot!!!! The ginger beef is the best we have ever had! But everything is good there!
Been patronizing this establishment since it first opened pre Covid. Quality was more consistent with the previous management. Seems like newer ownership since then. Dinner tonight disappointing; waitress got our two orders incorrect and rather than waste an order, decided to eat what they prepared, but it wasn't what was desired. Food quality was average at best. Wait staff owned up to their errors and were apologetic, so I can't fault them there, but the overall impression wasn't as ideal. In general, tables not cleared up quickly enough and could be a lot cleaner; tight table arrangements feel claustrophobic.

Good service and excellent food, but me and my friend getting dissappointed because one lady is forcing us to get a tip to her, and she get mad when i say i don’t have because i dont have extra money on me. Even we drive 1 hour to eat there because we like the food,

The food here is absolutely incredibleauthentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes. The pho is rich and flavorful, and the banh xeo is perfectly crispy. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving real Vietnamese cuisine

Often will order takeout from Miss Saigon, and the food here is always great. The food is always served warm and delivered in a reasonable time too. The pho is served with the soup and noodles separate, which you can then mix while it's warm. I've also tried the vermicelli bowls which have great meat.

Customer service could use some work. Staff not that friendly and it’s understandable when they’re busy but it takes like 2 seconds to acknowledge people who are waiting to be seated. Don’t just ignore them or look at them with an annoyed expression. We felt so unwelcome.

Service was slow and worst experience I’ve ever had. The table was so dirty and sticky as well. We were put on the waitlist and were told to wait around 15mins, but we didn’t get any calls. When I asked the Asian server with dark hair she told me that it must have went to voicemail which is ridiculous because I would have gotten the notification. Instead of apologizing she gave us dirty looks throughout the entire time we were there, would not come service us even when we were waving at her, and didn’t come to take our payment. We didn’t get enough cutlery and napkins for our party of three and she seated us at this tiny little table that couldn’t even fit a child. This is disgusting behaviour and something needs to be done. This was a disappointing experience. Will not be back because of her.

Restaurantji Recommends
The first time I visited, I loved the pho and bun bo hue here. It is quite authentic with the western style kitchen operation. So I suggested my friends come here. The second time, we came in a group, and they said they would charge 18% service fee, which is fine to us, we understand the rules in canada. However, they don't have tables and tell us that we can sit separately and they still charge us the fee.????what??? It doesn't make sense at all. We were so disappointed and left to Pho Hoan where don't charge us anything.
This place went a little downhill, the dining room is dusty, the wine glasses hanging were not polished for probably over 6 months or longer, dirty mop and cleaning supplies in the men's washroom was disgusting, and the soup wasn't hot, just warm. Asked to have it replaced only to find out they remade it with no noodles, so I had to ask for them too. The server was apologetic and tried to make me happy but I guess I didn't like the idea of having to transfer the beef and broth to a separate bowl with noodles which had a different broth in it, I'm paying to have the cook and server get it right the first time, not third.
I honestly can't recommend this place anymore to my friends or family.
Very strange “meat”
The beef and chicken in the salad rolls was very strange and chewy as if it was fake or old

Bad attitude owner and servers. Food maggot inside pork. Served plastic plates. Old stale boba. Don't recommend. Not impressed.

Definitely not as good as it used to be. Used to go often, last few times has been really disappointing. Pho Beef was rubbery, broth was bland but the soup was acceptable overall. Service was bad - no follow up on food quality, water never got refilled even once.
Last time I was here I got Bun Bo Hue and it was a massive letdown. Smelled like a whole bottle of shrimp paste went in there.
Time before that I had the Pad Thai and frankly it was the worst Pad Thai I’ve ever had. Sickly sweet for some reason.
So, three bad times in a row. There are lots of better options out there. I’ll go back to Pho Phat next time without a doubt.
