A fair noodle restaurant. It said on menu that it’s Lanzhau style. Just little reminder that 1 spicy is pretty spicy already. Of course everyone acceptance of spicy level is not the same.

Had the Classic Beef Noodle soup. It’s my go to. Very delicious. Spice level 2 out of the 3 options.

Honestly, my noodles 🍜 themselves were quite tasty. I had the thick cut noodles and, they provided me with full flavour in my mouth 👄 and, they were good. However, the soup broth itself I wasn’t impressed with. It tasted like stock from instant noodles and, it had an odd smell to it that eventually bothered me so much I couldn’t finish my meal 🥘 Da Ruben also wasn’t impressed that his order was wrong 😑 plus his broth was very salty. Thank you 😊

If you ever find yourself wandering through West Edmonton Mall, make sure to stop at Mogouyan Hand-Pulled Noodles.
The portions are generous—you definitely get your money’s worth here—and the prices are refreshingly reasonable for the amount of food you’re served. The best part, though, is the flavor. Every bite bursts with authentic taste, and it honestly feels like you’ve been transported straight into a noodle house somewhere in China. The atmosphere and the food together create such an immersive dining experience.
Whether you’re shopping, exploring, or just taking in all the excitement of the mall, this is the perfect stop to recharge. If you’re a fan of rich flavors and hearty, comforting dishes, M Mogouyan deserves a spot on your travel food list.
Next time you’re in West Edmonton Mall, don’t miss it—you’ll thank yourself later!

The food was really good! My dinner mate thought it was a little oily and I think the higher the spicy level the more oil was used. Drinks were good and the service was amazing. Definitely would come back again.

I gotta say all the bad reviews are pretty wrong…
Sure they dont check on your table every 5 minutes but honestly?
Hand pulled noodles at a MASSIVE portion at one of the busiest tourist spots?
Thats a yes for me.
Maybe because I am Asian from Vancouver lol. But this food smacked and maybe people that arent used to it dont get it.
Way more than I could eat for a reasonable price. Bad reviews honestly seem like people that expect Michellin service. R we serious?

bad customer service
we came here for lunch and they took us to the table after that we waited for 10 minutes but no one came and give us the menu (we had to ask for that?)
after we choose our food they didn’t come and ask for anything (They were laughing and we had to call them)
The staffs seem like they weren’t happy because we didn’t tip them. 😊

Just ate here at Mogouyan .Food Allergy Alert, all of the dishes seem to have a signature hot sauce that is tasty however has peanuts, My daughter typically enjoys spicy dishes but had zero chance here. She ordered a soup with no spice. They don't offer a non peanut hot sauce that in my opinion would be easy to do. For the most part we enjoyed the meal, guess we wont be back.

This is my go to place when shopping with my daughter at WEM. I can't think of a bad thing to say. I always come back and look forward to it. One of the few best soups I've had!

I've been a regular customer at this restaurant for quite some time, and I've always appreciated the quality of the food-especially the tomato beef noodles in soup, which are among the best I've had. Unfortunately, they're not always available, which can be disappointing.
However, I feel compelled to leave this review due to a very concerning experience during my most recent visit. I witnessed a waitress repeatedly sneezing, wiping her nose, and constantly touching her face with her bare hands-without washing or sanitizing her hands at any point afterward. This behaviour is troubling under any circumstances, but especially in a food service setting where hygiene should be a top priority.
What made the situation worse was the way it was handled by the management. I saw another customer bring this concern to the supervisor. While the supervisor apologized, the issue was not properly addressed. Instead, I observed the supervisor whispering with the waitress behind the till, and the waitress continued working without washing her hands. This kind of response shows a lack of seriousness in handling health and safety concerns.
Basic hygiene is not optional in food service-it's a fundamental expectation. While I've always enjoyed the food here, I cannot continue to support a restaurant that disregards such a critical aspect of customer safety.
