Ordered a number of different beers but the kegs weren't working. Took over 30 mins to get a drink. Food took an extraordinarily long time to get. Ordered rare steaks, got medium. I personally only ordered a mashed potato and it came cool in the centre. I think our waitress had too many tables but the real problem was clearly the bar and the kitchen
