I find the food at this location to be hit or miss. Last time was pretty good. This time was not. For one, they ran out of ribs and fries. How does that happen? Then they shorted us on our shrimp skewers and ended up giving them to us for free instead of giving the rest of them to us so maybe they ran out of that as well. A couple of us ordered steak which was awful. Hard and chewy and just not good at all. Plus all of our meals were cold. After waiting nearly an hour for food...
Always enjoy going to Montana's for date nights and game nights. Avani was our server tonight and was very attentive and made sure my husband's All You Can Eat Ribs kept coming 😄
The food is okay, you won't leave hungry, the service was good, the desert was disappointing, I ordered the apple crumble, and when it was brought to the table it looked like soup. The ice cream was completely melted, so it was not good at all. If you want people to leave satisfied don't give them a reason to leave unsatisfied. I won't be back.
