Waitresses walked around sullen and with such a sorry expression, like they really wanted to be anywhere but there. Told the manager, might return or continue trying other wing spits, although, best value and biggest wings in Edmonton.
The food is always great at Montana’s, and the service is usually fantastic at this location. This is my favourite Montana’s to go to when I go to the city. This time the service was pretty awful. The waitress didn’t check on us or ask us how anything was, until we were clearly done and needed our bill. We asked for a side of fries and gravy to be added to our order just a few short minutes (literally less than 5 minutes) after placing our order, but the waitress forgot...
The food was amazing, but there was one glaring issue, the service. Our waitress, Abby from what I remember, was far from friendly and welcoming.
I went with my Mom and two siblings, and I believe if our Dad was with us that day, we would have been treated much differently. Had to ask for cutlery, we were not checked on at all throughout the meal, we were sat earlier then the two tables beside us, and they got all of their drinks, appetizers and even food before...
