This a great place to go relax and have a great time with family. The staff is great and the service exceeds expectations. I love coming here with my 2 son because they love we love the food.

Booked for a family birthday party of 6 ppl. Why ask online if our reso is for a special occasion when there is absolutely no recognition at your restaurant. Pretty disappointed that no one could wish a simple Happy Birthday!! This was our 4th time at your new location in South Common.....not sure we will be in a hurry to return.

The dish I ordered (tofu Thai curry laksa) had rice noodles that were hard- no el Dante but actually really hard. They were either old and had been sitting in a Fridge for several days. I really should have complained and sent the meal back but I was too hungry and tired. Also it was LOUD in the restaurant. Positive : our server was respectful and kind. Unfortunately won't be returning anytime soon due to the quality of the food.

The food was excellent. Portion size is in line with portions served. Had dry ribs, roasted tomatoes & whipped feta, veggie burger & 1/2 rack of ribs. Prosecco Paloma was devine! Last but most importantly, our server Andrea was exceptional. Attentive but not invasive, pleasant and was very genuine. I'd recommend if she isn't training new servers, she should be. 👍

Met a friend here for lunch. To start off this place is new, clean, spacious, comfortable and has lots of natural light. The scenery is quite lovely. The service was excellent from start to finish, our girl Riley checked on us frequently and was always looking for ways to make our experience better. They had 2 sour beers on tap which is a bonus as most places don't have any on tap. Try the Peach Sour, it is a well balanced beer. I had some wings that were nice and crispy with the sauce on the side. I then had the Mushroom Sirloin that was perfectly done rare and was delicious. My compadre also fully enjoyed their meal.

Had a great experience as Mimi was our host server . Super kind , efficient and genuine. Food was delicious, roughly priced, warm and on time . We had Mahi Mahi and chicken and ribs . The furnace was not functioning well and hence it was a bit cold that day , but the manager approved hot beverage on the house and even the high priced dessert. Totally a moment of gratitude and thankfulness, as not only the staff but also the management is focused on great customer experience. Will come back again and again …… ?

First time at the new location and it did not disappoint. The restaurant itself is bright and modern and aesthetically pleasing. The food was fresh and spot on for flavour and presentation. The service was excellent. Mimi was our server and she was friendly and attentive. And she was able to keep up with our banter without missing a step. She made our evening even better. Wow where do I start! My bathrooms been under renovations for the past week. I’ve been taking the bus down here every morning do my business. I haven’t had anything off the menu yet but I have gone through the scraps out in the bin. I would recommend this washroom to anyone. I wrote this on the free wifi
I used to go to moxies a lot back in the day. They have relaunched or refreshed their restaurants, and since September, I've been 3 times. Once to the st Albert trail location and twice here. This location is pretty nice, they are trying to get the 20 somethings going for a night out crowd, music could be a little quieter. First visit it was way too loud but 2nd visit we sat on the tables area near the window wall and that made a bit quieter, but turn it down a little. The new food menu is good, I do miss the enchiladas. However, the nachos are great, though expensive when you add meat and guacamole, like 30 bucks plus for nachos. My issue is when I went to the St. Albert trail location and here both time after ordering nachos for an appetizer and steaks as mains, they brought the steaks out not even 2 minutes after the nachos??? It happened back in September at the Saint Albert trail location and here at the south common on Sunday?? Once, and I was like weird but twice? Now our steaks are getting cold, and we can't enjoy the nachos that cost over 30 bucks. This is unacceptable, and I won't be going back to any moxies again.

My boyfriend and I came to celebrate our anniversary and our server made it so special for us! I wish I could remember her name— service was excellent, personable, and the entire experience was relaxing. The restaurant itself is bright and inviting, all of the staff were welcoming, and we loved our French dip sandwiches. It’s great having another go-to option on the south side. We will definitely be back!
