MOXIES West Edmonton Mall Restaurant

Thank you ... for the very pleasant experience. We were a party of three and our waitress was very attentive and not intrusive which allowed us to enjoy our conversation with each other. It was two of our birthdays and the waitress brought us two pieces of birthday cake with candles ... which was very thoughtful and much appreciated!

This is one place we love to go with family and friends. I had a couple unusual requests and they accommodated me. The staff and service is above and beyond what you normally get these days at most restaurants. Highly recommend eating here.

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday and she cannot stop talking about how much she loved it. The food was delicious and our server Amy was phenomenal. Great energy and just an all around nice person. I would definitely recommend for any occasion.

Large group of about 30 of us. Extra hungry ordered the chicken breast and ribs tonight. Started with Ribs they were good size and tasty. chicken tasted good but tiny and so so thin, 4 small bites. I’ve had bigger chicken fingers. They said it was 5 oz, then I was told it was thin because it was butterflied … meaning the breast was half that size? barely bigger than my fork. They brought me water it was brown and tasted like watered down coke. They replaced it. I asked for salt and pepper and just got salt. I found a piece of plastic mixed in my veggies. Very disappointed. They did ask and brought me another chicken finger size piece. My daughter’s bacon cheeseburger was undercooked. $82.11 No discount offered. But they took an automatic 18% tip without asking! I have a photo of the ‘chicken breast’ I don’t know how to add it here. We made reservations long ahead, we were told the 12 girls would be at ONE table, adults at another. They split girls into 2 booths and put 6 at each booth. Adults at several different tables. Very nice and friendly service and atmosphere. :( I was planning to go back again this week, but I won’t bother. Extremely disappointing meals and seating tonight.

I was a little disappointed in the fancy beet salad as the beets were far too firm to eat.

It was a cozy, classy place to sit. The cheese burger was bland it needed a sauce of some type. There are so many Moxies to choose from in Edmonton. If I go to any one of them in and around the city, I wouldn't order the cheese burger.

Just got a seat there, they told me someone will be right with me. Got no service so I walked out, on my way out staff just told me to have a good day. I explained I waited and got no service. The lady apologized and that was it, no service was offered. I left.
