Not good. Went there at Noon and was the only customer (should’ve been my first tip that it was not going to be great). Placed my order after reading the overly large menu. Ordered two things double cheese burger and crinkle cut fries (for a premium cost…almost $19 with drink). 5 people working there and they managed to screw up the order and gave me regular shoestring fries. Oh well, I was in a hurry. Had a couple fries that were very, very average, knew I wouldn’t finish them. Moved onto the burger. First bite…Salty, greasy, salty, mushy, and did I mention salty? Wilty lettuce and over-ripe tomato, no pickle or onion to give it any crunch. It was salty mush. So salty it stung the inside of my mouth. The manager (maybe owner) asked how it was. I said “okay” to be kind. He seemed surprised that I thought it was just okay and asked why. To offer something I told him that they gave me the wrong fries. He immediately had his team start making the right ones. I told him not to bother as I wouldn’t eat them. I never ate all the boring shoestring fries, why would I want more fries. Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend this place, there are 100’s of places to get better food at better prices. Don’t fall for the tempting instagram posts as I did.

Was a loyal customer but won’t be back. Ordered 6+ burgers/hot dogs for my family and simply asked for 3 extra patties (listed on their menu) to be served on the side due to dietary restrictions and avoiding carbs. Just a few days ago I ordered the exact same way with no issue, but this time they refused—first saying it was about “presentation,” then about “brand image.” I made it clear I didn’t care about presentation, just wanted the meat on the side, but they still wouldn’t do it. Staff even dismissed my prior experience, insisting it wasn’t possible and that the previous workers were “wrong.” None of this made sense, and it showed zero respect or flexibility toward a paying customer. Sad to see a Muslim business treat a fellow Muslim this way. I respect their rules, but I don’t agree with them and will not return or recommend.

One of the best burgers I’ve had! Juicy patty, fresh toppings, nice crunch, and the perfect bun. Every bite was flavorful. Definitely coming back for more! Recommended.

If you’re in Edmonton, you have to try it. Genuinely, hands down, the best tasting burger I have ever had. Recommend it to all of my friends, every time they come back telling me how good it is.
