The food was good, steaks properly cooked and taste was excellent. except the sticky pudding desert was bland and unappealing. The ambiance wasn't quite what I expect for a steak house, we were seated next to the mall entrance, which is not what I expect when I have a reservation. We went there as it was not a restaurant we have in Ontario as far as we know. So it was nice to have a different experience.

Amazing service from Ash. She was friendly and very accommodating waiting for old friends to shut up long enough to order. lol

Nothing special, wouldn't likely recommend at there's so many other better restaurants nearby.

Had the fish and chips as the menu called it. There was little to no fish, all batter. The rest of the meal was good. Service was a little weak and slow, drinks were not kept full and had to remind server of a drink order.

Null and dull

Mr. Mike's is a good choice if you enjoy flavorful starters and fresh salads-the bruschetta is especially recommended, with a unique guacamole twist. The chicken salad is enjoyable, and the mac and cheese with chicken is solid. However, the quesadilla was bland despite being cheesy, and the sour cream-to-salsa ratio didn't help boost its flavor. For a more satisfying meal, sticking to their well-known burgers or steaks is a safer bet. Service can be slow when the restaurant is busy, so patience is advised. In addition, the crowd and music were too loud which resulted in it being very difficult to have a conversation with my friends accross the table. One downside: the washroom on the main level was not clean, and the toilet did not flush properly, which was disappointing.

Didn't like everyone being cramed into one area while others were vacant.

Food was decent, small portions though.

All good. Server was nice. Steak was delicious. A lil wait for a table but that gave me time to run to London Drugs

Pricy for the amount of food you get. The good never misses, though. The servers are always awesome and the mood is already great. It's a good place for an anniversary or for a casual event.

We came in as a party of 8. Sat in the bar area, I believe because that was easier for them. It wasn’t terribly busy. I could only see a couple tables occupied other than our party. We were happy to be there, it was a company dinner that we had looked forward to all week. Made the mistake of choosing Mr. Mike’s as opposed to waiting a half hour for Earls. Service was fine to start. That changed once drinks hit the table. The server brought everyone a drink except for one person. We waited and made them aware. You would expect it to be immediately remedied… we were so close to the bar. It was still another 7 minutes before they came back with my colleague’s pint. From there, food came out warm but not hot. I had a good laugh when I was warned about the hot plate, that still wouldn’t have been true if they’d used the term “warm” instead. My rare steak was more like medium well. The manager asked if I would like another beer and brought back the wrong one. I pointed it out, you could see by the tint of the beer I had in my hand and of the one she was trying to put in front of me. We were all quite disappointed with the food and 7/8 of us had a good laugh about the whole missing drink situation. Luckily for the server there’s always an auto-grat on parties of 6 or 8+. Most of us stiffed them on the tip on our drinks that we paid for on our own to try and level the playing field. I should make it very clear that as a food and beverage / hospitality professional of over 15 years… I never “zero out” the service staff but at that point the auto-gratuity felt more like a sucker’s tax.

There are a lot of other options on Bourbon Street, I urge you to choose any of them.

Overall extremely poor experience, it was my first time dining with this brand and I probably won’t risk it again.

Great service and delicious food.

One of the better spots on Bourbon Street. They have games you can play while you wait, a Lager that's smoother than you'd think and really nice servers. It was very clean and the food was delicious today. Great spot!

Does the casual in the name stand for unorganized?Table of 8 , got brought the wrong food first time then got one entree 10 minutes before everyone else , two exact same entrees ordered medium rare and one comes perfect but the other one was well done and by that point we just want to eat and leave , To the owner I don't some generic response , go train your staff better.
