The one sign said one set of dips, not all of which were available (update the sign). Another sign he different dips entirely. (Very confusing). The person working was not helpful at all and mumbled when she spoke in a whisper. Clear communication, PLEASE. Both in the signage and the employees. Please do better. The pretzel 🥨 bites, always tasty. So points for that.

Teach your staff to say Hello. I walked up to the counter and I said Hello, the girl just looked at me. Nothing was said back not one word. just a stupid look on her face, Never ever asked, how can I help you. I had to wait until the pretzels finished baking. While waiting , I was watching her clean the counter with some solution from a spray bottle. After finishing wiping she never washed her hands and proceeded to handle food. Completely unacceptable. Notice how the owner never responds. I guess doesn't care. A reflection of this place! Awful!
