I got stale bread. Service was very bad. I asked for nutella the lady said she can't do drizzle and gave me on the side. That was okay but when i open the pretzel it was a cold, hard expire pretzel. Looks like it was sitting there from maybe a day before. What a waste of money buying literally a expired pretzel. I had to throw this. Also had to wait in line for long while this girls were not even had a customer

The one sign said one set of dips, not all of which were available (update the sign). Another sign he different dips entirely. (Very confusing). The person working was not helpful at all and mumbled when she spoke in a whisper. Clear communication, PLEASE. Both in the signage and the employees. Please do better. The pretzel 🥨 bites, always tasty. So points for that.

While waiting , I was watching her clean the counter with some solution from a spray bottle. After finishing wiping she never washed her hands and proceeded to handle food. Completely unacceptable. Notice how the owner never responds. I guess doesn't care. A reflection of this place! Awful!
