Came to get pretzels 30 mins befor closing and the store was open but they wouldnt take any orders as they were sold out. Lots of other options around so I guess I will just avoid this business and go elsewhere if they will jot accept orders

The cinnamon sugar we bought March 12 is old, hard to eat and burned, the staff like didn't get a proper training in cooking, handling food, and costumer service. I regretted buying food in this store.

Sandra refused to make us fresh pretzels, as it was slow. Said what was available me was ten minutes old. And it was less than the amount I wanted to order. Absolutely ridiculous. She then apologized and said she would make them after I complained. Is it an inconvenience for you to do your job?

Ordered delivery from this location after having the Pretzel bites from West edmonton mall location which were Amazing, large bites, soft buttery...well this location was a disappointment very tiny bites, and dry. Also didn't have pretzel dog I ordered. I thought it was being replaced by dog bites but plain salted bites arrived..and drink was missing from order. Super disappointed as I was looking forward to these again . Will not order again from Kingsway location.

I went to Mr pretzel today at around 4 in the afternoon and there was 2 girls working, one had her name tag on and a hairnet while the other had neither on and a hat on! The one who actually had her hairnet on was taking our order while the one who was clearly not following food safety regulations was making our food, i was disgusted by this as her hair could have easily fallen into our food, and since she wasn’t even wearing her name tag i can’t properly complain. If this is how the employees of Mr pretzel behave i don’t think anyone should shop here.

Came all the way from the east end of Edmonton to get some pretzels. Was an hr before closing and the rude staff refused to make any pretzels.. she only offered the dried up pretzel bites that were sitting too long.. never again.

I ordered from Mr. Pretzel many times and I enjoy their food but today my delivery experience was terrible. Simple order 1 pretzel and one pretzel dog. The Pretzel dog was overcooked to the point you could TASTE THE BURN on the dough, it was so bad I had to throw the dough away and eat only the sausage.Okay maybe the pretzel dog isn't their forte so lets try the pretzel that I enjoy so much. It was as bad the pretzel was probably old and it was HARD to the bite, pretzel is supposed to be a very soft dough not this one felt like I was eating a potato chip with sugar and cinnamon on top! Just felt like they just throwed all the old garbage they had in stock and decided to give it to delivery!

Brunt paper and uses burnt paper to make new pretzels come on get real... having them to stick to the paper and rip most of it off and give customers broken ones? Sounds like your employees aren't food certificated or prepared enough Not impressed comparing to other pretzel places
