Brunt paper and uses burnt paper to make new pretzels come on get real... having them to stick to the paper and rip most of it off and give customers broken ones? Sounds like your employees aren't food certificated or prepared enough

I admit that I really like Mr. Pretzel. Every time I go to the mall, and if they have a Mr. Pretzel I buy an unsalted Pretzel to bring home for a snack. Staff are nice, good service.
