We were responded to with immediate hostility and disagreement. Dont. Go. Here. Petty and under portioned. Oh also it was supposed to be grilled. I think they need a new sandwich maker.

Sandwich was not cut or filled properly and is falling to pieces. Have to eat it with a fork. I would ask them to make me a new one but I had taken it to go, so now you get this review.

I love Mr. Sub. Ooh..** the taste. Fantastic! I wish there were more outlets but I have patronized this one for a long time. Always great service.If you Want genuine savory taste and the texture of a real sandwich, you owe to yourself to partake In the "pleasure of eating" a true submarine sandwich.Parking: Enough spots, easy access.

1 staff member was very rude to an older senior in front of me, being very cocky attitude, I almost left. I ordered them went to pay the other staff member was pleasant and very professional. When I went to pay the staff member (think his name was Kyle) was giving his co worker gears about the tips, taking the tips out each time someone pays etc.I told him usually that’s at end of shift and it’s not a big deal and this is very unprofessional as a customer is paying and he’s squaking about tips in front of me.This guy “Kyle” has absolutely no customer service whatsoever and in my eyes should be fired. I’m a business owner myself and this is absolutely unacceptable behaviour dealing with customers. I’d be embarrassed if this was my employee. And I also feel bad for the co worker that works with him.Perhaps checking out any videos surveillance etc.,, this should be brought to owners attention. Keep the other staff member but get rid of Kyle.
