I've been tired of Subways prices and decided to check out Mr.Sub for the first time. All I can say is WOW! Their bread is super soft and fresh. The restaurant was clean and a nice quiet atmosphere. I had Kanis help me build my perfect Sub, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the way she makes a perfect sub so that you don't get messy with the mayo or what ever you put on it. Customer for life! Great job Kanis!

Delivery driver. Went to the shop to pick up order around 1140am. 2 other drivers sitting there, one was there for 20 minutes when i showed. Big order so he waited. Other driver got his 5 minutes later. Another customer with online order worth $80 comes in for 1145 order and they haven't even started yet. 3 behind the counter all doing walk ins first. I left after 10 minutes. Other driver was still there. What a clown show.

It was our first time at Mr. Sub and the lady is very rude from the very beginning but we didn't mind it. She asked what kind of bread and we asked what are available/option and she pointed the option so we said mozza-cheddar but she said no because it's too hot so I asked again what are the option and she just said only 4 bread. It would have been okay but she kept mumbling to herself and saying stuff in their own dialect to her colleague which was very rude. Don't go there if she's there.

Hello I have ordered from uber eats a few time menu design claw grilled option not quite right I say no mine is a microwave for pizza sub and no option . My sub is cold and it won’t taste well and I have no way to heat this time or maybe ever .. comment section added for bottom or microwave addition to online menus would appreciate. :). Otherwise love my Mr sub. Pizza.

A TRULY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE I came in with high hopes after seeing the positive reviews, but this turned out to be one of the worst meals I've ever had. The food arrived cold, was undercooked, and completely lacked any real taste. Service was painfully slow, and the staff appeared uninterested and unprofessional throughout. The cleanliness was also a major issue — sticky tables, grimy menus, and a terrible odor coming from the restroom area. I actually felt unwell after leaving.
This place is a complete letdown. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to steer clear.
