My first time to Mr Sub in many years. I ordered the double smoked montreal meat sub. Ummm... nothing at all like the picture. I'm scared of what the single smoked meat would have in it. See my pictures for the comparison. Come on.
I ordered it for 11:45. They were just starting it when I got there at 11:50. It was done by noon.
The bun was nice and soft. Easy better than subway. Lots more options to order as well... but the lack of actual meat did not make up for this. Please stop being so stingy or completely change your advertising.

Subs are fresh and delicious! I go here for lunch at least once a week. It’s a good healthier option, compared to the usual fast food chains . Staff is always friendly! I always leave full and satisfied. Thanks guys!

Absolute rip off for their BOGO Assorted Sub Promotion on National Sandwich Day. Ordered online and prepaid, picked up order, and took it home to find they completely skimmed on Toppings. I can't even find the tomatoes that were supposedly in the sandwiches. They didn't even read the message asking them to cut the Subs in 1/3 pieces. Will never go back to Mr. SUB on Roper Road.

Poor communication skills asked for no onions 3 times get home there's onions on my sub and not to mention all the veggies look like their days old and my mother who is diabetic asked for Multigrain didn't understand that either than spends another 20$ on soup and get home and that looks days old too and no crackers to come with it i stopped going to SUBWAY for this reason and now quality has dropped to their standards totally unacceptable

Pictures online don't look like anything that you will get. Also, if you place an online order it will not be made until you arrive. Idk what happened to Mr Sub... Does not taste like how it use to taste. Even the traditional bread is not the same.
