Today, I ordered the spicy breaded chicken, and it definitely wasn’t as good as it used to be. I get that food costs have increased significantly and sourcing fresh ingredients is harder than it used to be, but charging $12+ for a sub and topping it with lettuce and veggies way past their prime is just not acceptable.
I haven’t been to a Mr Sub in 10+ years but I was craving it . Went there the staff were so polite , the Sub reminded me of high school lunch

First time trying a sub sandwich from there which was good - I especially liked the grilling.As with almost all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. It was not a good experience and I'll definitely have to visit another location to gauge a comparison of the customer service from Mr. Sub.Good food and decent value.
