Had a craving for meatball sub and that’s exactly the day they have a special on it. Yum.
I've been going to this store the last few days and the staff treat you so well there. Gave a treat to my 4 lbs white chihuahua as well. A very kind owner that goes above and beyond to make you the best sub when he is there as well. Thanks again and will see you guys tomorrow! Lol
I love coming here, you can tell they have pride of ownership, and they are very friendly.
If these guys want repeat business they better start giving a damn about what they are serving people. Paid 13.95 for a tuna sandwich and was only able to take to bites from it because of the extremely dry bread. Went back inside and threw it in the garbage right I front the guy and all he had to say sorry brother. No suggestion to replace it or refund the money. As for the cleanliness the washrooms probably haven't been cleaned for days. The tables are beat up and exposed wires are hanging from the ceiling. I don't get how Mr. Sub allows its franchisees to operate this way. Needless to say I will never go back or recommend.
The manager/owner of the branch (couldn’t get his name)… WHAT A BLESSING OF PERSON!! They already were finishing our online order, placed just under 5 minutes ago, when we got there, and he had such a nice demeanor and sense of humour. Definitely makes you want to come back to this Mr. Sub!! ????

Dirty place, owner was making a sandwich for us, dropped on the floor and still gave us like nothing happened. Very aggressive fellow. STAY AWAY !
Friendly service. Great bread and love the seafood sub.
Worker behind the counter was very rude and unhygienic. I observed him only remove 1 glove while opening the refrigerator to get drinks, operating the cash register to process payment and while handling the washroom key for the customer ahead of me (this key is attached to a large ruler and is obviously set down in the washroom and handled by customers using the washroom, I don’t want to imagine the germs and bacteria on this key and ruler). He then did not wash his hands and attempted to untangle and put on the same used glove he just took off so that he could make my online order. I then asked him to use new gloves at a minimum and he told me that they were new gloves. I disagreed as I had been watching the entire time. He then yelled at me telling me that the gloves were clean enough and he had only been touching the subs with them. I disagreed again and listed all the other items I saw him using. He then continued to yell at me, telling me to sit down and not stand while I wait for my subs. Had I not placed my order online and already paid I would have walked out immediately. I then told him to cancel my order, but he refused and continued making my order against my wishes, all while mumbling under his breath and continuing to verbally assault me.
This is my favorite sub shop, subs are always good and the staff are friendly.

Wouldn't recommend this place. Everytime I have gone, the subs are gross. Never any fresh produce. Quite disappointed in the quality of their good. Won't be coming back.

My husband went to get me a sub and I wanted a cold cut, on Italian bread.the male working lost it on my husband. Never will we buy anything from that location.customer service is important and it was terrible
I'll drive here from anywhere in the city. The only Mr Sub I eat at. I'm a super picky person too. Service is always wonderful and the ingredients are always fresh and delicious.
Sandwiches are usually good, bacon is overcooked, toppings a bit light. If you collect the Mr. Sub rewards points or get a birthday offer.....go elsewhere! They pretend to not know how to honor them even when the rewards department sends an email how to use it! Go support Subway or another location as this one does not honor the rewards!I understand the owner wants to discuss the problem on Facebook which I don't have. The owner is the person I talked to personally upon trying to tell him how the main office rewards program explained how to do it, but he was right and the corporate office is wrong! Explain it here please!
