Zero stars. Kitchen in charge was the 11304-104 ave NW location. Very disappointing that they do not answer or return calls when order was extremely messed up! Recieved half of what we ordered, fries were regular and not signatures, burgers were very quickly made - buns were upside down not the karl burger (we didnt order that one) and then there was a surprise order of wedges??? Noone ordered those, they're not even on the menu. Money down the drain, and was very disappointed. We were so excited to order and check out Mr. Beasts menu with the kids, never again.

My son wanted to go here for his birthday, and we showed up outside a student housing building, which was attached to the address online. Called, and no one picked up. I'm guessing it's someone in the housing complex selling food under a license.

the burger was good the fries tasted like the frier had not been cleaned in a while although they did not looked burnt they sure tasted like it and like old grease and its over priced for the

I was excited to try mr beast burger as I’ve heard rave reviews. I placed an order for pickup at one of their Edmonton locations through their website. My order was declined on the site although the payment was still taken from my card. So I went to the location to pickup my order and the location was empty. Not just closed during regular posted business hours but empty. I used the websites “contact us” feature. Once I select submit the screen clears all info I entered. I’ve submitted two with no response. I’ve tried calling the toll free numbers apparently associated with the web page and it directs me to some discount sales company. I would like to hear from someone at Mr. beast regarding my experience. Thank you

Was so excited to finally try Mr Beast's burger but am so disappointed. The burger was just so full of sauce and patties seemed like they weren't seasoned at all! Save yourself the trouble eating a soggy burger and just go to Harvey's or Wendy's.

I paid for pickup on the website for the 107th location. Went to go pickup and the restaurant is not there?They took my money, charged my card and then when I went to call the number it was a deadline.Scam, no where to pickup where google tell you to go.Didn’t even get any food and I’m out money.

Went to take my son for a Mr. Beast burger, only to find out the restaurant isn't even there, and the locations on their website are other restaurants, or even a parking lot. What a scam.
Overall it was fine, but not as advertised. Burger patty was neither flat nor crispy. Fries were average

Definitely a big hit on the IMPOSSIBLE (veggie) MrBeast Style burger. It’s reminiscent of a Burger King whopper, but with a softer bun and I could barely tell it wasn’t real beef! The bun was quite fluffy, and food temp was still warm on arrival. The fries were slightly below average for me and they tasted & presented like McCain frozen fries, which were a bit soggy and the seasoning overpowering (BBQ spice and lots of black pepper). Overall quality and taste is as expected though!?

Ordered it from Skip; was pleasantly surprised how delicious the burger was! Really well made. Had to laugh at the beast fries though; it was just all the things from the burger, on the fries. Packaging is rad, would order again!

Decided to try out the second location in Northern Alberta and food/service is just as delicious and great as the other location was! definitely I'll come back again! Thanks Mr beast and reef kitchens for making this happen! Hoping to see a beast restaurant pop up soon. BTW I had the Karl's deluxe burger and the crispy crinkle fries and then a Karl's grill cheese burger all was good.
