Mt. Fuji Japanese Cuisine

Mt. Fuji is one of my favorite sushi spots in Edmonton. Their spicy tuna maki and dragon roll are my go to. I’ve also recently started ordering the mango roll if I’m in the mood for something more refreshing. Their beef and chicken teriyaki is also great.

Our first time here and it was busy! You had to order and pay first, then sit to wait for your food. Food was good. Staff were friendly.

Great sushi but a stand and order type of place. I don't like the maditory tip thing on their interact machine

Great food, better than Edo as it is not as commercialized and has better meat quality

Have come here many times and the food is always fast and consistently delicious. Their sesame sauce in particular is great. Recommend the teppanyaki noodles and the yam tempura. I would not recommend the udon soup.
Parking can be difficult to find during peak hours as the lot is shared in a complex with many other restaurants. I love coming here for dinner and going for dessert at the boba shop next door.

It was a good place.
Staff seems like they didn't want to be the beef teriyaki and the chicken teriyaki were amazing.The soup was missing something

Its our first time here and wow the food is excellent. Would definitely recommend to others. It is pricey but you get a lot of food for what you pay for. The service is very good.

Absolutely love this spot. Every person I have taken here has absolutely loved it. Anytime I go in person they are so kind. When I call in for pickup they get the orders correct which I appreciate very much! If you're looking for a good portion of quality made food for a good price, this is the place 🙌 -over 5 years going here.

Got a bento box service was fast but food good very salty beef was over done… got a stomach ache as soon as I got home followed by the worst 💩💩💩

Haven't eaten here in 10 years as I moved out of the province. Came for a visit and had to stop in for some teriyaki chicken withe their delicious sesame sauce!!😋 Did not disappoint at all, service with a smile and delicious quick food! Will definitely always remember this top here when I'm in Edmonton!!

I respect and like Japanese cuisine, but today I was greatly disappointed with a super salty meal with a terrible sweet and bitter taste. The worst Japanese food I've ever tried.
