Great sushi and bento boxes. Their sesame and ginger sauce is worth the visit! I have been eating here for over 15 years

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and authentic. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away.
The food was outstanding — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The sushi melted in my mouth, the udon had a rich and comforting broth, and every dish tasted like it was made with care and high-quality ingredients.
Service was quick without feeling rushed, and the overall dining experience was top-tier. This is definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to and recommending to friends.

Teppanyaki dish OK, but the take out container was so full that some of the sauce spilled out on the way home, creating a soppy mess. I prefer the Vietnamese place across the street
Awesome birthday experience for sure

Mt. Fuji is one of my favorite sushi spots in Edmonton. Their spicy tuna maki and dragon roll are my go to. I’ve also recently started ordering the mango roll if I’m in the mood for something more refreshing. Their beef and chicken teriyaki is also great.

Our first time here and it was busy! You had to order and pay first, then sit to wait for your food. Food was good. Staff were friendly.

Great food, better than Edo as it is not as commercialized and has better meat quality
Have come here many times and the food is always fast and consistently delicious. Their sesame sauce in particular is great. Recommend the teppanyaki noodles and the yam tempura. I would not recommend the udon soup.
Parking can be difficult to find during peak hours as the lot is shared in a complex with many other restaurants. I love coming here for dinner and going for dessert at the boba shop next door.
