I got full off the large burrito

I got a chicken burrito bowl. Was really good. Staff was nice. No line up.

I received the worst service ever by a lady named AEKTA I will say I do not believe that is her actual name however it was very difficult for her to give me her information as well as difficult to even provide me the manager information because she refused to. She was extremely loud and rude to me during the interaction and at one point all three employees were just talking to each other, and I wasn’t even done being helped. I was just standing there. Once I asked for her name or the managers name, she would not give me kept saying why what’s the difference? I’ll talk to them. 100% one of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had in the food service industry, and I highly do not recommend this location, especially this worker

Used to come here all the time. Stopped by today for their Cinco promo and it was literally the worst fast food burrito I've ever had - flavorless overcooked chicken and rice, barely any sauce or toppings...I get that there's a promotional price but this was REALLY bad compared to what you used to get at this place...may as well have been hospital food.

The service and burrito was excellent as usual. However I thought I'd treat myself to a churro. OMG!!🤮🤮 This new churro thing you have going is absolutely gross. Couldnt even eat it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Mucho Burrito location. When I walked in, the employee was sitting on a chair, completely engrossed in her phone. She only got up to assist us after seeing us enter, which already set a bad first impression.

However, the biggest issue was the hygiene. The counter where the toppings were displayed was visibly filthy, which was extremely off putting. It made me question the cleanliness of the food itself. To make matters worse, when I used the restroom, it was absolutely disgusting filthy floors, an unflushed toilet, and an overall neglected appearance.

This level of cleanliness is unacceptable for a restaurant, and unfortunately, this will be my last visit. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they significantly improve their hygiene standards.

The cookies were fresh and yummy! Free cookie for every review. The food was amazing, but it looked like it was sitting there a bit (it was still good). Got 3 tacos for 12$ with a drink. I recommend.

Ordered from this location on skip and they did not follow order instructions for sauce on the side and so the corn tortillas were soggy to the point of falling apart. I'm not sure when it changed from flour to corn, but the old ones were way better. The charred corn in the tacos was outright burnt. This used to be my favorite quick dinner place but I won't order from here again.

I haven't visited mucho Burrito in about 5-6 years or maybe more. Today I decided to give it a try as I was craving something random. I feel the food quality has gotten bad, it wasn't horrible but it wasn't the best. Very basic, small amount of meat and no seasoning or flavor on the veggies or rice. The chips were really basic and the hot salsa was almost too hot. To be honest it's okay once in a while but I definitely will not be returning here as I prefer authentic burritos and tacos. Very "meh" kind of experiance.

Initially I was not happy with this location due to getting the wrong type of meat in my burritos and the manager stating it was not possible to receive the wrong type of meat, but the owner went out of his way to contact me and make things right. Replaced the burritos and for that I'm appreciative. I recommend this location, they have very fresh ingredients and the customer service is ?

I visited here for lunch today at 130 pm the service was sooo bad tye guy wit the glasses had such a shitty attitude if that wasn't enough to top it off I got a chicken burrito the food was stale and I could barely eat my food cuz the rice wasn't even cooked properly I almost chipped a tooth beyond disappointed eomt be coming back

I like the food, I think i'll be a regular here. The chorizo bowl is a decent price, and I can stretch it into 2 meals for myself. Friendly service & quick.
