Worst tacos I’ve ever had. Had the steak and chicken and the meat was overly salted and hard and cold. Definitely sat in the tins for hours. My son had barbacoa burrito and the meat was hard and old.

Mucho Burrito did an amazing job catering our lunch! The food was fresh, flavorful, and had options for everyone. The setup was smooth and well-organized, making it easy for everyone to dig in right away. The portions were generous, and we loved the variety of salsas and toppings they provided. Our group left happy and full, and we’d definitely choose Mucho Burrito again for future events. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free and delicious catering experience!

Ordered a burrito off door dash.. driver came earlier than expected.. the burrito was gross.. not sure how hard it is to make a burrito.. but apparently its hard for this location.. the meat was old and chewy, and the beans and rice were hard. Through $50 in the garbage!

The worker was sick and coughed all over the place including into his hands right before preparing food. Didn’t even bother to eat the food I ordered because I was so appalled. Disgusting.

The point of sales system froze so while the girl was tryin to fix it she burnt our burritos to the point they are hard and inedible and then proceeded to close the store an entire hour early. Go to the other muchos not this one

Google says they close at 11 but they closed at 10? I drove all the way down here for no reason. Update your hours before wasting your customers time jeez, will not be ever returning

Food: The food at the serving station wasn’t refresh. It looked stale!!
Further, the way the burrito bowl how it was served in a card board cake box. Which was felt how the left over food is being served.

Service: The service was absolutely slow. Even though we were the only ones who the server (she ) was serving.
Atmosphere: The other mucho burrito location are way better!!! I am friends with a a location owner of mucho burrito store in Calgary. I know what the standards are. It’s absolutely below standards !

Suggestions: The corporate mucho burrito needs to train and audit this store. Courtesy, mannerism, body language of the hospitality needs to be imbibed.

MUCHO BURRITO CORPORATE, please pull the game up. Bad brand image.

Best ever service provided by Simran. This Mucho Burrito is fantastic! Fresh ingredients, perfect spices, and incredible flavor. One of the best burritos I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Ordered on skip the dishes. The chicken in my burrito was completely raw. We tried to call the store multiple times to contact the staff, but no one answered the phone. Would rate zero stars if I could.

Edit: I sent an email to Muchos response and the email doesn’t exist. Still would rate zero stars.
