Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

My latest meal was not the best! Photo reflects half way thru the meal. Not sure why the green pepper chunks are so big. As we’re the coleslaw chunks (not pictured thrown away). The pork was good and the portion was decent but not really shredded. Needed a knife to eat this. Service was timely and kind. The cleanliness of the restaurant was sparkly clean from what I could tell as I took it to go. Not overall impressed hence why I haven’t been back in a long while. With so many casual Mexican options out now I kinda forgot about this place.

Got the quesadillas and loaded nachos sooo good and healthy !!

Terrible, not only were they stingy with the meat but the tortillas for the tacos were old or dry and just fell apart as soon as I even tried to pick them up; stay far away from here

Just ordered via Uber, wrong tortillas, tacos ripped to tiny bits in box. Other locations have been fantastic. Careful with details on orders team! Maybe this food was from last week?

Service is decent but they cut their tomatoes and onions for pico de gallo so weird they don’t dice it instead it’s big chunks?

The burritos here are awesome—always fresh and tasty. But what really makes the place stand out are the two super nice ladies working there. They make every visit a great experience. Definitely recommend!

I go to Mucho Burrito about 1-2 times per week in Calgary (it works with my current dietary restrictions). I was in Edmonton this weekend and checked out this location and it was really poor food and taste quality in comparison. The vegetables were undercooked, the pickled ginger was hardly pickled, the pineapple salsa tasted weird and looked off-colour, the chicken tasted bland, and overall the taste experience was awful. I do not mean to be rude, I am simply noting that there must be quality standards and recipes that are standardized across locations, right? Someone is not paying attention to these things, because...I couldn't believe how different this locations' food was all around. Usually I LOVE mucho burrito - so many tasty sauces and flavours. This time? Terrible. Please address these recipes and quality standards, because I am sure it must affect your business!

Dietary restrictions: I love Mucho Burrito because they have a great nutritional guide that is really clear and is posted at every location! I currently can't have gluten, soy, corn or dairy and there are lots of sauces I can still have. Also, the fact that you make your own bowl or burrito or even taco makes it easy to pick out what you *can* have! In general, I highly recommend this place....just not this location...yet!
