I visit Mucho about once a week and order food for my family of 3. It's my son's goto for chicken and cheese quesadilla.

I've eaten at mucho for years so am familiar with the food and have always enjoyed it.

However it's the very friendly staff that make this location special for me. They recognize me when I come in and know our regular orders down pat and are always talkative and friendly.

I don't order online, I prefer to eat in or get it for take out. Let's me interact with the staff which I enjoy and let's me put all the little touches on each of our orders every time.

Been there after a long time and had a delicious burritos. I just loved it and guy gave me very friendly service and super friendly with my kid.

I overheard the owner speaking to employees in a loud, abusive way — using insulting language and raising their voice. Staff looked upset and one worker had tear in her eyes. As a customer I found the behavior unacceptable and uncomfortable. I hope management addresses how staff are treated; I will not return until I see improvement.

For take out, it's a common sense to add napkins in the bag if you want to staple the bags.

Went there for a evening bowl. Aman was the one made and I have to say it was one of best bowls I've ever had...... best in food and best customer service 😍

Just ordered from door dash, I’m pregnant and have been waiting all week to order a burrito and they left out the guacamole and the cheese and I suspect the sour cream… super dry and disappointing I feel like they just filled it with rice to fill it and put basic veggies in it. Guac is an extra charge. $30 for rice and veggies.
