I got a spicy chicken taco the tortilla tasted like a sponge,no spicy sauce at all, chicken felt barley cooked,i thought it was only me but my whole family said this was the worst restaurant they have ever tasted NOT recommended.

Mucho Burrito is one of my favourite chains and I recently visited this location for the first time. One of the owners or managers served me and she was great and friendly. Love the Ghost Pepper burrito and she gave me a little more heat when i asked for it. The toast on my first attempt was a little burnt so she swapped out the shell without asking to make it perfect. Restaurant was clean. 6/5. I'll be back!

We found the staff were very stingy with the toppings. Never have I seen a mucho put so little on our burritos. The atmosphere was terrible. It was 30 degrees inside, much too hot to sit and eat. Their bathroom was very dirty, with no hand soap and no paper towels. Makes you wonder if staff wash their hands after using. Tables were sticky and not a pleasant experience. I suggest trying a different location if you want a good experience.

Pinal filled my ghost pepper burrito with so much meat! Such good flavour. Some locations of Mucho don’t care but the windermere location always delivers. Would like to see milk available though haha
