Muggnz Family Restaurant

I’ve been coming to Muggnz since the early 2000s, and it’s always been amazing. The food is consistently delicious, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere feels very welcoming. A true Edmonton gem — highly recommend! 😁

Was there Saturday afternoon went to the farmers market then went to your restaurant. I was by myself. I got sat at a cricket table for two in the middle of the restaurant. I was therefore 25 minutes and no one asked me if I wanted a coffee or something to drink. Waited some more. I received no service whatsoever. I got up and left. So this restaurant doesn’t serve single people with leather jackets on right I’ll never go back and I will never recommend your restaurant.

Stopped in for a meal
Because the restaurant was conveniently located. Food was average diner food. Ordered breakfast with hash browns and received a big pile of tater tots!!??

No pride
Was given 2 sour glasses of orange juice, gave both back 75% full to the curly haired miserable daughter. Still charged us 4.50$ for it.
I paid and I tipped her.
Will not return.

Ive been going here for years and there's no better place to hang out. The slogan is where good friends meet. But I say, its where enemies become friends. Its just that good. I added a picture to show you where it is. Hope it helps

Stopped in for breakfast and everything was excellent. The over easy eggs and scrambled eggs were both cooked perfectly and delicious. The toast was buttered just right, the tea was very good, and the fruit was fresh and high quality a great way to start the day.

I will say it was a little pricey for breakfast, however our server, Angelica, was outstanding. She was extremely attentive, continuously checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Her friendly and professional service really elevated the experience.

All though bright and clean. Asked for an item didn't get it. The Monterey Crisco was cold. No syrup. See seemed ingaged at first, then she lost it. Had to ask for more water and juice. She did see our glasses were empty. Though never asked it was to be refilled.
When it came time for the bill. It was here is the machine. See ya

Where do I start.
Wife has been coming here since they had a fire many years ago. So we decided to go there last week. I ordered the hamburger steak and she ordered wings. Once the food came we noticed that the wings were hard like over cooked. The hamburger steak was also burnt same as the gravy. It came with mashed potatoes or was supposed to in fact I got bland tasteless instant potatoes.
Server had to be asked for some wet naps or something to clean fingers with and only at the end of the meal she asked if we wanted a refill of the drinks.
My gingerale was empty for some time.
When I addressed the server she said I'm sorry.. No offer to fix anything. Washrooms were dirty and paper over flowing and the floors in the restaurant had fries and dirt everywhere almost like there was a food fight.
Disqusted with it all and we won't be back. Also told our family who used to go there often about our experience they to won't go back.
Must have new ownership or management who clearly doesn't care

I had the Solstice salad with grilled chicken and I have never had such an AMAZING salad! It had the perfect amount of crunchy and salty and sweet. The portion was perfect for a meal. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The service was amazing Shaila was the best server with her guidance on the salad and she was quick to get us started and was willing to have a lil fun playing a trick on my son. lol Very impressed all around!
